| 中文摘要: | 经济全球化和全球竞争性的加强,使组织不得不充分利用一切资源以确保自己的生存和发展。作为组织重要资源的人力资源也引起了组织越来越高的重视。有效的人力资源管理已经成为组织发展与成功的关键。现代企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,无论是销售上的突破、技术上的创新、管理水平的提高都离不开人的活动与作用。人力资源管理的水平很大程度上决定了企业的管理水平。只有将人的积极性与创造性充分调动起来,企业才能够有长远的发展。 本文通过文献研究、调查发及案例分析法对维斯塔斯公司(天津工厂)进行了详细的研究,阐明了该公司在人力资源管理体系中的现状与存在的问题,及由此产生的影响。通过对公司人力资源管理体系优化方案的设计,解决在招聘、薪酬、激励与约束机制等方面存在的问题,提高公司管理水平。透过实施与保障对策,确保方案的执行,最终促进企业稳定与长远的发展的同时,员工也能够得到成长与锻炼,获得双赢局面。 本文对维斯塔斯公司(天津工厂)进行了深度剖析,结合相关理论与实际情况,为公司现存的问题提出了量身定制的解决方案,为公司未来人力资源管理政策的制定提出了专属性的建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the economic globalization and competition is becoming more and more intense, organization has to use all resources to make sure their survival and development. As important resource, human resource has got more and more attention from organization. Effective human resource management is a key point for organization’s development and success. Human’s behavior and activity cannot be apart from technology innovation, management improvement which put a big influence on companies. To some extent, the quality of human resource management is decided the quality of enterprise management. Only to stimulate human’s creativity and enthusiasm, organization may has a steady and long term development. In this thesis, we take Vestas (Tianjin Factory) as the case to describe the current situation and problems in human resource management and the triggered result. Design optimized human resource management system to solve problems of recruitment, compensation and reward, motivation and restrain to improve overall quality of management. Implementation is going to ensure the execution, to support enterprise and employee developed. In this thesis, design a solution for Vestas (Tianjin Factory) through related theories and real situation and give a direction for human resource policy in future. | |
