中文摘要:管理培训生项目的历史最早可追溯到1919年通用电气公司的财务管理培训项目。部分世界500强企业在发展时期,开始尝试实施管理培训生项目,经过长期的探索与实践,逐渐优化完善并形成了具有自身发展特点的管理培训生制度体系。这些企业的成功经验被快速推广到行业乃至地区,得到众多同行及追随者的认可与效仿,这样,管理培训生项目得到了更广泛、更深层次的发展。近年来,随着国外企业在中国的加大投资与快速发展,管理培训生项目也随之被引入中国。由于管理培训生项目具有很高的实战性,能够提供给每位受训者真实的工作体验,使他们得到了学习机会并感受到了竞争压力,提升了他们对工作的创造性与满意度。鉴于此,许多国内企业借鉴国外企业的人才管理经验,越来越青睐于自主培养管理人才。由此,这一新型培养人才的模式,在中国得到了快速广泛的发展。 A酒店是在天津市本土成长起来的五星级酒店,伴随着天津市开发开放的深入以及天津在十二五时期对服务行业的更高关注,全市高星级酒店如雨后春笋般涌现,A酒店在高星级酒店市场的竞争态势正变得日益激烈。为了不断巩固与加强酒店行业自身的核心竞争力,保持酒店培养专业性管理人才的发展性与持续性,A酒店也正在积极研究与实践管理培训生项目,以期培养行业内更加具有专业竞争力的管理人才,使酒店保持长期稳定向上的发展。本文采取理论与实际相结合的方法,以管理培训生计划的发展历史及人力资源相关理论研究为基础,通过对A酒店管理培训生项目的深入研究,分析项目发展过程中存在的问题,提出解决对策,总结宝贵的探索与实践经验,更好地指导实际的运营管理工作,提高酒店经营效益,增强服务行业核心竞争力。同时,做为宝贵的实践经验,通过进一步充实与完善,便于今后形成合理的本土酒店管理培训生制度体系,使A酒店在激烈的市场竞争中获得持续发展。在此,希望本文能够抛砖引玉,为推动天津市本土酒店的持续发展做出一份贡献。 关键词:管理培训生项目,酒店管理,轮岗培训,考核评估 
英文摘要:The history of trainee management program can date back to the financial training management programs of General Electric company (GE) in 1919.Some of the world top 500 enterprises, in the development period have began to attempt to implement trainee management program ,through long-term exploration and practice, gradually optimized and formed a trainee management system with its own development characteristics. The successful experiences of these companies were quickly promoted to industries and regions, at the same time, be recognized and followed by many peers and followers. In this way, the development of trainee management program becomes wider and deeper. In recent years, with the increased investment and rapid development of foreign enterprises in China, trainee management program has been brought into China. Because the management trainee program is highly practical and can provide real work experience to each trainee, so that they get the opportunity to learn and feel the pressure of competition, improve their creativity and the satisfaction of work .In view of this, many domestic enterprises draw lessons of talent management experience from foreign enterprises and increasingly prefer to train management personnel. As a result, this new mode of fostering talents has achieved a rapid and extensive development in China. Hotel A is a home-grown five-star hotel in Tianjin. The opening up and development of Tianjin has drawn more attention of service industry in Tianjin during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period, high star-rated hotels have sprung up in the city ,the competition in high star-rated hotel market is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to further consolidate and improve the core competitiveness of the hotel industry, keep the development and continuity of hotel in the parts of professional management talents, hotel A is also actively researching and practicing trainee management program, hoping to cultivate the professional management talents with strong competitiveness in this industry and maintain the hotel’s stable development in a long-term. This article adopts the method of combining theory with practice, based on the development history of trainee management program and related theory research of human resources (HR), through the in-depth study of trainee management program in hotel A. It will analyze the problems in the process of developing the project, put forward the countermeasures, summarizes the valuable experience of exploration and practice, to better guide the actual operation management work, improve the benefit of hotel management, and strengthen the core competence of service industry. At the same time, to further enrich and perfect its valuable experience of practice, form and facilitate a reasonable domestic hotel trainee management system in the future, and ultimately help hotel A obtain a sustainable development in the fierce market competition. Above all, I hope this article can initiate more thinking and discussion and make a contribution of promoting the sustainable development of Tianjin local hotel.
