中文摘要:利基战略(Niche Strategy)是适应中小企业生存和发展的一种战略。因为众多中小企业没有大企业那样的实力去开拓新的市场,继而引领整个行业。只能在已有的市场中寻找小的缝隙市场,并在该缝隙市场中做到最好。随着中小企业在我国的市场经济中占有越来越重要的位置,政府对中小企业的重视程度日益加深。目前,对于我国中小企业发展的研究已经成为一个非常重要的课题。本论文通过对台湾企业华邦电的分析,阐明了利基战略对于中小型企业的代表华邦电公司的发展具有重要的现实意义,使得其能够在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存和发展。本文从介绍利基战略的理论入手,为华邦电实施利基战略提供了理论依据和保障,然后在对华邦电所处的内存芯片领域进行具体行业分析的基础上,总结出华邦电实施利基战略的内容和步骤。本文又通过对台湾企业华邦电实施利基战略的研究和分析,总结出关于中小企业发展的一种思路和选择,即实施利基战略。在阐明理论的基础上,结合华邦电的实际情况,详细介绍了其战略的制定,实施等步骤。尤其是以台湾企业华邦电为案例,探索符合中小企业发展的一套有效的企业战略分析方法,供广大制造型中小企业,尤其是电子类的中小企业厂商借鉴。本文创新点在于,尝试着提出了我国中小企业实施利基战略的模式,就是企业应找到符合自己实际情况的目标缝隙市场并进入,这是我国中小企业实施利基战略的前提,也是中小企业的核心竞争力。 
英文摘要:Niche strategy is a development path that well fits Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This saying is supported by the fact that SMEs are not as capable of exploring new markets as those larger counterparts, and then are eventually leading to dominate the market share of a certain sector. However, SMEs are able to excel in adapting to ever-changing market environments and accomplishing in such conditions. The assistance offered by the state has become increasingly strong in SMEs, as the weight of the sector grows larger proportionally to the overall economy, hence the studies on development path of SMEs have become a well-worthy topic. This report, is based on the studies of Taiwan Winbond Electronics, articulates the importance of “niche strategy” on SMEs’ sustainability in such a fiercely competitive market condition. This report starts with illustrations on theoretical evidence of niche strategy, which provides the theoretical support for Winbond’s success which is backed by niche strategy. The aim of this report is to provide a template of development path to SMEs through careful research and analysis on Taiwan Winbond Electronics of its niche strategy. Coupled with fundamental theories and practical case studies on SMEs, this report links insights on Winbond and reaches comments and suggestions on potentially effective development strategies for SMEs. Therefore, this report may offer some good use of business wisdom specifically for manufacturing SMEs. Special remark: this report attempts to raise the importance of niche strategy on Chinese SMEs. In addition, it illustrates the fact that the core competitive advantage of Chinese SMEs is conditional to the correct and suitable target niche market focus.
