中文摘要:随着改革开放,特别是加入WTO,中国物流业得到了快速增长。然而伴随市场经济环境的变化、产业竞争格局的日益加剧以及物流企业专业化、国际化程度的提高,大型物流企业CTS公司应该制定怎样的发展战略才能保持并提高自身的竞争能力?本文正是为了回答这一问题而展开的,分析CTS公司的网络化发展战略,有利于我国物流企业的战略制定与长远发展。 本文在物流管理理论、战略管理理论以及网络组织理论指导下,对大型物流企业CTS公司的网络化发展战略进行了研究。第一章介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法与论文框架。第二章回顾了相关理论,包括物流管理与战略管理理论,提出物流企业制定网络化发展战略的理论基础和必要性。第三章介绍了CTS公司面临的环境与挑战,重点对其面临的政治、经济、社会和技术等宏观环境以及产业环境进行了分析,提出CTS进行战略转型、实施网络化发展战略的必要性。第四章构建了CTS公司网络化发展战略理论模型,提出CTS公司网络化发展战略包括要实现服务网络化、组织结构网络化、客户关系网络化和合作伙伴网络化,通过实施网络化发展战略提升自身的竞争能力。第五章分析CTS公司网络化发展战略实施,是本文第四章所构建企业网络化发展战略理论模型的应用,也进一步丰富了该理论模型。第六章总结本文的研究结论并提出未来可能的研究方向。 本文克服了以往相关研究重点强调物流企业信息网络平台的重要性,分析其网络化发展战略,综合了服务网络化、组织结构网络化、客户关系网络化和合作伙伴网络化,将企业实体的网络信息平台与虚拟的网络组织、合作网络结合。对于丰富物流管理理论具有重要理论价值,而且能够有效指导企业制定并调整自身发展战略。  
英文摘要:With China’s reform and opening-up, especially after its entry to WTO, the logistics industry in China has grown rapidly. However, with the change of macro-economy, increase of the industrial competition and specialization, large-scale international logistic companies, such as CTS, are facing new challenge, and should build efficient strategy to keep and improve its competition ability? We just focus on this problem, and analyze the network strategy of CTS, wishing to be helpful to Chinese large logistic companies. Based on the theory of logistics management, strategic management and network organization, together with the case study of CTS, we study the network strategy of the large-scale logistic company, CTS, in china. Chapter One introduces the research context from which the research question is proposed, expounds the significance, contents and methods of this study, and presents the overall structure and research process. Chapter Two makes a literature review of logistic management, strategy management, and organization network, laying the theoretical foundation of this study. Chapter Three analyze the macro-environment, industrial environment of CTS, and propose the necessity for CTS to build network strategy. Chapter Four build the network strategy model of CTS, and stated that it includes service network, organization structure network, customer network and partner network. Chapter Five analyze the implementation of the network strategy of CTS. This was not only an application of the network strategy model build in Chapter Four, but also enriches the model. Chapter Six summarizes the conclusions and theoretical contribution of this study, pointed out its limitations as well as future research directions. Most of the previous studies in this research field, focused on the information platform of logistic companies, we overcome this limitation, and analyze the network strategy of logistic companies, which includes service network, organization structure network, customer network and partner network. With the building of network strategy model, we integrate the information network platform, and the virtual network of cooperation network. We intended to enrich the theory of logistic management, and give some effectively suggestions for companies to make and adjust their development strategy.
