| 中文摘要: | 服装行业是与生活息息相关的一个行业,百货商场更是我们日常生活直接接触的一个经济个体,服装制造商与百货公司形成的分销渠道,影响着服装制造商与百货公司的收益,也影响着广大消费者的利益。现在市场上广泛存在着的“引厂进店”分销渠道模式存在着一些弊端,在经过了长时间发展后,已经不适应现在市场竞争的外部条件。因此提出新的服装行业百货商场分销渠道模式很有必要,现阶段国内服装行业开始尝试采用买断经营的方式,但是大部分研究集中在买断经营模式的定性介绍以及服装行业中执行买断经营职责的“买手”这一职业的介绍,并没有用科学的方法从定量的角度分析两个分销渠道的性质以及两者的优劣。 本文研究的是服装行业的百货商场销售渠道问题,首先从百货行业现有的“引厂进店”销售渠道的现状分析,总结现有销售渠道的各种弊端。然后介绍新兴的买断经营模式,总结买断经营模式与旧有的“引厂进店”模式的区别以及能给百货商场和服装制造商带来的好处。介绍两种渠道各自的特色后,结合现有文献和研究,对二者各自的利弊关系进行总结,并介绍需要从哪些方面对渠道模式进行分析评价。 本文研究的主要问题就是分析比较两种分销渠道中,服装制造商和百货公司随着影响因素的变化,整条分销渠道中的重要因素如何变化。首先利用系统动力学的方法,综合的考虑各种因素之间的相互关系,分别建立“引厂进店”和买断经营模式的系统动力学模型。随后对模型中重要参数的设定和变量之间的量化关系进行介绍。最后分析在某些参数或者变量变化的时候,整个系统如何运行,将各种变化分为几种情景进行讨论。通过对不同分销渠道中商场利润、服装制造商利润、销量和库存量进行量化比较,对两种分销渠道有一个更直观的了解,便于为服装行业制造商和百货商场进行战略决策和分销合作提出支持。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The garment industry is closely related to the livelihood of our life. And the department store has direct contact with our daily lives as an economic entity. The garment manufacturers and department stores choose each other to build the distribution channels. The impact of the distribution channels on the garment manufacturers and department stores affect a large number of consumers. Now the old mode has already existed for a long time and there are some drawbacks out. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a new model between the garment manufacturers and the department stores. At this stage,it began to adopt the buyout model. But now in China most of the studies focus on the qualitative analysis without using scientific methods to study the characters in these two models. This thesis studies the distribution channels in the garment industry. First of all analyze the actualities of department stores industry,summing up the various drawbacks existing in the old channel. Then,we introduce the buyout business model,and summarize the differences between the buyout business model and the old model. Lastly we use the method of system dynamic to show the characters of these two models separately and compare these two distribution channels. In this thesis,the main problem is to analyze and compare the factors in these two distribution channels,clothing manufacturers and department stores, to understand how they affect the profits,sales and inventories. First we build the system dynamics model, considering of the relationships between the factors. Subsequently we introduce the meaning of each factor and show the relationships. Finally we change some of the parameters or variables to discover how the system works. | |
