中文摘要：	钢铁产业作为近现代工业的标志，在我国经济建设与发展中具有重要的作用。该产业影响面涉及房地产、机械、汽车、造船等较多产业，可谓关系国计民生的重要产业。当前，该产业已成为我国重要支柱产业之一。经过多年的发展，我国钢铁产业已形成了年生产能力9.76亿吨的规模，占世界总产能50%，多年蝉联世界第一。当前，我国钢铁产业规模虽已牢牢占据了世界的绝对霸主地位，但产业内存在的诸多问题，在新产业格局下更加凸现。如环境污染问题、产能过剩问题、产能分布不均问题、债务问题等，产业结构调整呼声欲加高涨。在此背景下钢铁企业及钢铁供应链参与企业将面临新的挑战，它们将不得不进行一系列调整以应对链条间发生的变化。 在市场经济的作用下，过剩产业进行调整是不争的趋势。而调整时期及后调整时代，大浪淘沙后的钢铁行业链条中真正有生命力的企业将是怎么样的呢？ 为此，本研究首先介绍了中国钢铁行业发展的背景、现状及未来发展趋势，通过对钢铁销售企业的供应链管理模式的理论研究，结合分析现有环境下钢铁销售企业的现状，从供应链上的利益相关者的角度说明如何进行供应链自主管理，这对于钢铁贸易企业如何提升管理效率、制定可行的供应链管理方案有重要意义；本文结合JF公司实际案例，对其供应链管理方案进行系统的分析，深入供应链管理上各个环节，能够带给其它同类企业提供参考。 本研究立足于行业的可持续发展并以需求为导向，这种视角不再只是局限于钢铁贸易企业中。面对富于变化的、激烈竞争的市场，为实现有效的经营，企业需要培育与终端顾客的持久关系，以提升品牌资产和顾客资产，拓展企业内部与外部之间渠道，实现有效的对话式沟通，从而有依据的提高顾客忠诚，打造具有持久生命力的品牌形象。
英文摘要：	As a symbol of modern industry, iron and steel industry in our country plays an important role in economic construction and development. This industry involves and influences many industries, such as real estate, machinery, automobile, shipbuilding and other industries. It is an important industry concerning the national plan and the people's life. At present, the industry has become one of important pillar industry in China. After years of development, China's steel industry has formed the large scale and its annual production capacity reached 976 million tons, accounting for 50% of world output. At present, China's steel industry has been firmly occupied the absolute dominance of the world. But some problems existing in industry become more and more protruding under the new industry pattern, such as environmental pollution, over capacity, uneven distribution of capacity, debt problems. The voice for industrial structure adjustment is rising. Under this background, the iron and steel enterprises and firms involved in iron and steel supply chain will face new challenges, they will have to make a series of adjustment in response to changing in the chain. Under the effect of market-oriented economy, adjustment of the surplus industry is already an indisputable fact. While adjustment period and later period, what will the really powerful life-force enterprises be like after tested by the times in the steel industry chain? Therefore, this study firstly introduces the background of the development of Chinese steel industry, the present situation and future development trend. Through theoretical research on the supply chain management mode of steel sales enterprise, I analyze the influence of the supply chain under the existing environment, and illustrate how to carry out self-management of supply chain from the perspective of the stakeholders in the supply chain. It is significant for steel trading enterprises to improve the efficiency of management and formulate developing strategy. Especially combination with systematic analysis and case of the supply chain management solution of JF Company, it can bring companies more enlightenment through deep analysis on each link of supply chain management. The main research results of this study include three aspects: This study is demand-oriented and based on the sustainable development of the industry, the view is no longer just limited in steel sales enterprises. In order to achieve effective management, facing the abounding changes and fierce competition of the market, the enterprise needs to cultivate lasting relationships with end customers to enhance the brand assets and customer assets, expand the channels between internal and external and achieve effective interactive communication, which leads to evidence-based improve customer loyalty and create a lasting vitality of the brand image. Therefore, supply chain management of steel trading enterprises has the vital significance for lasting development of the enterprise.
