| 中文摘要: | 随着经济全球化及世界经济一体化的发展,全球跨国企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,企业之间的兼并、合并及组织内部整合成为当今经济的重要特征,企业如何能在激烈的竞争环境中生存发展,降低成本成为一个重要的话题,,而以往经常被大多数公司忽视的支持性部门,如人力资源、财务及物流部门,现在也逐步成为很多企业降低成本、提高企业竞争力的有力工具。财务部门作为支持性部门中的一员,如何能够提高自身的战略角色,如何通过资源重组来节约成本并且提高财务服务的质量,这是很多公司管理层关心的问题。财务共享服务中心作为一种新的财务管理模式正是解决这一问题的最佳方式,已被越来越多的跨国公司所采用,如何将这种先进的管理方式与本公司的实际情况相结合,建立起适合自己公司的财务共享服务中心已成为当前一个研究的热点课题。本文采取文献综述与实际案例相结合的方法,将理论阐述与现实案例相结合。本文以N公司为例,首先对N公司进行介绍,并对公司财务部出现的管理问题进行了分析,结合公司组织结构特点及公司的发展战略,总结出N公司出现的财务管理问题的原因,并说明N公司构建财务共享服务中心的必要性,继而对N公司构建财务共享服务中心的整个过程进行研究,详细介绍了N公司构建财务共享服务中心的具体步骤及做法,然后对N公司构建财务共享服务中心的案例进行分析和总结,提取出成功构建财务共享服务中心的四个关键点,即流程再造、有效沟通、绩效管理及人员激励,并对此四个关键点对于构建财务共享服务中心的重要性及具体方法进行说明,这也是本文的创新点和结论。以上研究为其他公司在构建财务共享服务中心的过程中提供理论支持和实践经验。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of worldwide economy, the competition between enterprises in the world is becoming bitter and bitter, the mergers, acquisitions and consolidation among multinational companies are the important characteristics in modern society, then how to survive and develop under this competition environment, cost reduction is becoming an important topic, but some supporting departments such as Human Resources, Finance and Logistics which were ignored by company, now they are the important tools which can help company reduce cost and increase their competitive power. Finance as one of the supporting functions, has to consider how to enhance her strategic role and how to save cost and provide high quality service by reconstructing resources, they are more and more important to management team in many companies. Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) as a popular management module is already adopted by more and more multinational companies for a long time. It is a very hot topic to use this advanced management module in their companies, and set up their own FSSC successfully. This article used the method of literature summarizing and case study, take N company as example, firstly introduced N company and analyzed management problem in finance function of N company base on organization and company’s strategy, got a conclusion on the reason of the exist problem and stated the necessities to implement FSSC in N company. Then the article had a research on how N company setup their FSSC, gave a detail introduction on the procedure of setting up FSSC including the challenges and successful experience. At last, the author of this article analyzed and summarized the case of N company, extracted the main four successful points on set up FSSC which is also the conclusion and innovation of this article, the four points are business process reengineering, effective communication, performance management and people motivation. The article also gave detail illustration on why these four points are so important and what is the detail way to use them, also hope it can provide theoretic and practice to other companies when they setup FSSC. | |
