中文摘要: 服务供应链是供应链研究的新趋势,而以指导行业实践为目的,结合某行业特性对该行业的服务供应链展开系统的研究,是目前服务供应链研究的重要分支。由于IT产品同质化的日益凸显和用户需求的不断增加,IT服务已经摆脱了其作为IT产品从属者的地位,IT企业纷纷将“向IT服务转型”作为自己的战略决策,IT服务业成为了近年来倍受关注的热点服务行业。随着IT服务业的发展,IT服务提供商之间由最初的竞争走向了如今的分工合作,IT服务供应链的形态已经出现。但是,目前针对IT服务领域的研究主要集中在对IT服务市场的分析以及从客户角度研究的IT服务外包上,缺少对IT服务提供商及其与上下游服务商形成的服务体系的研究。因此,本文从供应链的角度研究由IT服务商形成的服务体系,对未来利用供应链管理理论与方法更好的协调服务商之间的资源互补与分工合作,加快行业发展,具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。 基于以上背景与目的,本文从产生、内涵、形成动因、类型以及涉及的利益分配问题等方面对IT服务供应链进行了详细的研究。论文首先通过对IT服务行业与市场各发展阶段特点的分析,阐明了IT服务供应链的演进过程,在此基础上,提出了IT服务供应链的概念;进一步的,结合IT服务的市场环境与IT服务企业的内在因素,利用专业化分工、核心竞争力、交易成本等理论剖析了IT服务供应链的形成动因;通过广泛了解IT服务提供商的类型与服务商之间的合作方式,对实际中存在的IT服务供应链形式进行了归纳与分类;与产品供应链一样,IT服务供应链联盟存在的根本目的是各企业为了寻求更大的利益,利益分配问题一直是供应链研究的重点,关系到供应链运作的稳定性。因此,本文最后针对以不同合作方式划分的两种类型IT服务供应链各自的特点,分别构建了利益分配模型,全面的研究了IT服务供应链上的利益分配问题。 本文利用定性与定量相结合的方法对IT服务供应链进行了详细的研究,既为深入研究服务供应链的理论与方法提供了行业例证,也拓展了对IT服务行业的研究角度,具有一定的理论意义,而针对不同类型IT服务供应链的利益分配研究对IT服务企业间的利益协商与合作也具有一定的实践指导意义。 
英文摘要: Service supply chain (SSC) is a new research trend in the field of supply chain, while one important branch of SSC research is to study the SSC of a particular industry with its characteristics for guiding the industry development. Because the IT products are homogeneous and the user’s needs of service are increasing day by day, IT services have not been the appendant of IT products yet. To be an IT service supplier has been regarded as a strategy by most IT companies, and IT service has become one of the most notable industries. Along with the development of IT service industry, the relationship among the IT service companies has changed from competition to coordination, at last the IT service supply chain (ISSC) have appeared. But now the major researches on IT service are the market analysis and the IT service outsourcing study at the customer aspect, and the research on the aspects of IT service supplier and their alliance are of lack. For better cooperation and resource sharing among the service suppliers in the future, it is significant to study the IT service supplier alliance in the supply chain perspective. It has both theoretical and practical significance for IT service industry development. Because of the background and intention above, this thesis amply study the ISSC with the aspects of its forming, connotation, forming reasons, types and the profit-distribution. First of all, we analyze the characteristics of each IT service industry develop phase, explain the ISSC forming course. Based on that, we make the definition of ISSC, and then use three theories: working dividing, Core competitiveness, and Transaction costs, to analyze the ISSC forming reasons. By widely realizing the types of IT service suppliers and their different cooperation manner, we categorize the different types of ISSC in practice. Be similar with the product supply chain, the most important intend of the IT service company in the IT supply chain is to gain more profit than they gained when they are not being a member in supply chain, so the profit distribution is an important point in supply chain research, related to the steady operation of the whole supply chain. Through design the different profit distribution model for two different ISSC types with their characteristics, we finally research generally on the profit distribution of ISSC. Through study the ISSC with the qualitative and quantitative methods, this thesis has not only provided the industry case for SSC research, but also extended the study fields of IT service industry, and the profit distribution research also have practical policy-guiding significance for IT service suppliers’ coordination.
