中文摘要:随着市场全球化的程度越来越高,企业间的竞争变得越来越激烈,技术创新已经成为企业获得竞争成功的主要驱动因素。要获得持续的竞争优势,企业必须持续地保持较高的技术创新水准,这就要求企业在组织内坚持科学而系统的技术创新管理,这也正是技术创新管理研究的价值所在。 S公司是一家主要从事低压电器设计制造的外资企业,通过一系列的技术并购,以及内部的技术创新,迅速成为低压电器领域的领导者,并且持续多年一直到今天。对于技术创新管理,S公司有其独到之处。本文从技术创新理论出发,结合S公司的实际情况,分析了S公司的外部环境以及S公司的技术创新现状,指出S公司目前存在的创新不足的问题,并分析了原因以及技术创新管理中存在的问题,包括市场部未充分发挥作用,缺乏外部技术沟通,技术创新网络存在缺陷,缺乏创新机制和文化氛围。然后详细分析了S公司在创新组织结构,组织学习和知识管理,动态创新机制,创新保护等方面的创新管理特色。最后针对S公司存在的技术创新管理方面的问题,提出了相应的直接解决措施,分别是组织结构调整,在研发部门中设立战略市场部,技术守门人任命,创新网络建设,以及创新机制构建和创新氛围营造。 
英文摘要:With the increasingly high degree of globalization of markets, competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense. Technological innovation has become the main driver of competitive success factors. To obtain a sustainable competitive advantage, companies must continue to maintain a high level of technological innovation, which requires companies adhere to the scientific and systematic management of technological innovation within the organization. That shows exactly the value of research of technology innovation management. S company is a foreign company that mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of low-voltage electrical appliances. Through a series of technology mergers and acquisitions, as well as in-house technical innovation, S company quickly became a leader in the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, and continued for many years until today. For Technological Innovation Management, S company has its unique feature. From the technical innovation theory, combined with the actual situation of S company, this article analyzed the external environment of S company and the status of technological innovation and points the problem of insufficient innovation in S company. And it analyzed causes and the problem of management of technological innovation, including marketing not fully functional, lack of communicating with outside technology, objection of innovation networks, the lack of innovative mechanisms and culture. Then it analyzed the advantages of innovation management of S company, including the organizational structure, organizational learning and knowledge management, dynamic innovation system, and innovation protection. Finally it put forward the corresponding solution to technological innovation management issues, namely, adjusting the organizational structure, establishing strategic marketing department in the R&D center, nominating the technical gatekeeper for R&D center, building innovation networks, and set up innovative mechanisms and creating good atmosphere for innovation.
