中文摘要：	目前，创业研究的视角已经由关注创业者的特质转变为关注创业行为与新企业创建过程，这种转变为创业研究注入了新的活力，需要系统性的研究予以支持。而PSED项目的展开及推广，为系统研究创业行为及过程提供了可能；也为更好地研究创业中的独特行为提供了科学系统的方法和数据支持。 在创业独特的高度不确定情境下，创业者或创业团队快速行动、把握机会并创造价值的独特现象已经引起学术界的关注。但人们它的认识还很不充分，现有研究尚局限于对定义的争论，深入研究非常匮乏。本研究旨在通过对PSED数据的实证分析，回答如下三个问题：快速行动与创业绩效之间存在怎样的关系？哪些因素影响快速行动行为？各因素分别如何作用于创业绩效？ 本研究综合使用了定量和定性两种研究方法，并以定量分析为主。定量分析主要体现在指标的构建、数据特征分析及相关性检验方面，主要使用了office EXCEL和SPSS的相关功能。定性分析方法主要包括文献回顾法和逻辑推理法，集中体现在问题导入、文献评述、分析结果与讨论方面。 研究包括五部分。第一部分为绪论，主要阐述研究的背景与问题、方法与设计。第二部分是对快速行动相关文献的评述，包括概念、度量方法、创业绩效及创业关键因素三个方面的文献回顾。第三部分是理论模型与研究设计，包括设计理论模型、提出基本假设，说明数据来源、构建分析指标，并对数据基本特征进行初步分析。第四部分为统计分析与假设检验，主要运用相关性分析，依次从快速行动与创业绩效、快速行动的影响因素、各因素对创业绩效的作用三个层面对三个研究问题进行数据分析与讨论。第五部分为结论与展望，包括对研究的主要结论进行系统总结与讨论，指出创新点与不足等内容。 通过关注PSED数据库中快速行动的相关数据并对其进行实证分析，本研究的主要结论如下。尽管快速行动发生的频率并不高，但快速行动能够显著提高创业绩效；快速行动受到创业主体、创业机会、创业资源三个层面的多种因素影响；影响快速行动的诸多因素对创业绩效的作用机制不尽相同。总体而言，本研究以快速行动的创业行为为研究对象，通过对PSED数据进行实证分析，获得了对该问题的科学认知。这将有助于创业主体提高创业绩效，对大型组织提高快速行动能力也有一定的启示意义。
英文摘要：	The perspective of research on entrepreneurship has been changed recently. It transfers from the entrepreneurs' idiosyncrasies to the activities or process of entrepreneurship. The transformation brings new penetrations on entrepreneurial research and asks for a systematic research to get support. Then, the program of PSED (Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics) makes it possible, and it also provides methodology and data for further study. Entrepreneurs face an uncertain environment and they can always be proactive. It is called improvisation here which means a short time between plan and action. Improvisation is important as we see in the reality, but the mechanism is still confusing. The research on this problem is still limited in the area of conception discussion, let alone deep research. This paper aims in answering three questions through data analysis. Firstly, what is the relationship between entrepreneurial improvisation and entrepreneurial performance? Secondly, what are the factors that influence entrepreneurial improvisation? Thirdly, how do the factors influence entrepreneurial performance? Both quantitative and qualitative methods are used in this paper, while quantitative method is the main. Quantitative analysis aims in validating a series of assumptions on improvisation, using office EXCEL and SPSS. Qualitative study is concentrated on question introduction, literature carding and conclusion discussion, which combines the method of literature review with logic deduction. It consists of five parts in the research. The first part is prolegomenon, which sets forth the background and questions, methods and design of the paper. And the second part is literature review on improvisation, including conception evolvement, degree and measurement, entrepreneurial performance and key elements of entrepreneurship. The third part is on theory model and research design, which includes modeling and assumption advancing, index building, and descriptive analysis on the data features. The next part is centralized on statistic analysis and assumption test, which focus on correlations among entrepreneurial improvisation, entrepreneurial performance and the influencing factors to answer the three research questions. Lastly, the fifth part is conclusion and prospect on the research, which includes conclusions, innovations, shortages and prospects discussion. Through an empirical analysis using PSED database, the main conclusions are as follows. First of all, though it does not always happen, entrepreneurial improvisation can improve entrepreneurial performance evidently. Then, it is found that entrepreneurial improvisation is influenced by many factors from entrepreneurs, chances and resources. Finally, the action mechanisms of the factors to entrepreneurial performance are different from each other. In short, the paper targets in entrepreneurial improvisation and get a clear understanding on it through an empirical study. The research will be helpful for entrepreneurs to improve entrepreneurial performance, and also beneficial for organizations to improve the ability of improvisation.
