中文摘要：	随着近年来中国经济持续快速发展以及人民可支配收入的不断增加，私募股权投资基金在中国愈来愈受到大家的瞩目，其规模近年来也在飞速增长。预计未来几年私募股权投资基金规模仍将保持高速发展扩大。 本文对私募股权基金的概念及特征进行了简单的介绍，并指出私募股权基金的主要风险类别分为技术风险、市场风险、财务风险以及管理风险并对上述风险的产生原因及特点进行了介绍。 本文在说明委托代理理论及现代组合投资理论的基础上对中国目前私募股权基金在基金募集期，项目投资期，及项目退出期风险管理中所存在的问题进行了分析介绍，并试图说明如何有效的识别在各个阶段所产生的风险，并试图提出有效应对不同时期不同风险的应对措施，为私募股权基金风险管理的体系化建设提供可参考的意见。 在本文的最后作者将以光大财富（贵州）酒业发展基金企业（有限合伙）的案例为例介绍了本文所述的风险识别及风险应对措施是如何运用到实际私募股权基金运作当中，并介绍了相关方法及措施的运用效果。 本文的最终目的是实现风险管理理论与中国私募股权基金投资所遇到的问题相结合，为中国私募股权基金的风险管理提供具有可行性的意见及建议，从而试图降低私募股权基金投资的风险，提高其收益率。从而促进中国私募股权基金的发展。
英文摘要：	With the recent sustained and rapid economic development and the people's increasing disposable income, private equity funds in the country more attention by everyone, its size is also growing rapidly in recent years. The next few years the scale of private equity investment fund will maintain rapid development and expansion. In this thesis, the concept of private equity funds and the characteristics were brief and pointed out that private equity fund major risk categories divided into technical risk, market risk, financial risk and management risk and the causes of these risks and characteristics are introduced. This thesis described the agency theory and modern portfolio theory on the basis of our current private equity fund in the fund raising period, the project investment period, and project risk management exit of the problems described were analyzed and tried to explain how to effectively identification at all stages of the risks arising from, and trying to come up with effective response to different periods and different risk measures to deal with the private equity fund risk management system construction provides reference views. Finally, the author of this thesis will EVERBRIGHT wealth (GUIZHOU) Wine Development Fund companies (limited partnership) of the cases described in this thesis as an example of risk identification and risk response measures are how to apply to the actual operation of private equity funds in which, and introduced the use of relevant methods and measures of effectiveness. In this thesis, based on previous studies, the related private equity investment from the theoretical foundation combined with China's conditions, respectively, from the perspective of macro and micro analysis of China's private equity fund risks and control measures, and proposed as a basis for a sound investment fund of private equity risk management policy recommendations.
