中文摘要:在汽车技术飞速发展的今天,汽车行业的竞争日益激烈,整车厂不断通过推出新的车型及提高性价比抢占市场份额,新车型的推出时间不断缩短,导致汽车零件供应商的开发周期愈发缩短,汽车零件生产企业为了满足不断缩短的交期及整车厂年度降价需求的压力,不得不借助信息系统优化企业流程,降低生产成本。N企业作为一家汽车零件制造企业也面临同样的问题,信息化成了N企业的必选之路。信息化过程中,需求管理又是至关重要的环节,其贯穿了信息系统项目的整个生命周期。目前关于需求管理的研究主要是针对软件企业及企业IT部门,但像N企业这样的制造企业,IT部门实力较弱,要想做好需求管理,还需要非IT部门与IT部门密切配合。本文以N企业的非IT部门为研究视角,借助需求工程理论、CMMI成熟度集成模型理论及敏捷开发管理理论,对N企业信息系统的需求管理现状进行分析,提出了N企业需求管理存在的问题,然后,结合N企业的现状建立了需求管理相关流程,提出了需求管理的一些工具和方法,并提出了需求管理人员培养及组织保障的方式。最后,在正在开发的成本评估系统中进行验证。 通过研究得出: N企业的需求管理还处在刚起步阶段,需求管理还存在许多问题,例如管理层的需求意识较低,需求管理流程不完善、需求管理人才缺乏等,N企业要想在信息化进程中少走弯路,降低信息化成本,必须建立完善的需求管理流程,采用合理的需求工具和方法 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of automobile technology nowadays, the competition of automobile industry is increasingly fierce. OEM tries to seize the market share by introducing more new models and increasing the value of their products. The lead time for launching new models is more and more short. The auto parts suppliers have to optimize the process flow and reduce production cost by means of information system to achieve the shorter lead time and lower cost requirement from OEM. As one of the auto suppliers, N enterprise is facing the same problem, and informatization is the road N enterprise has to choose. In the process of informatization, the requirement management is one of the most essential steps which run through the whole life cycle of information system project. The study of requirement management, at present, is mainly focus on the software enterprises or the IT department of the enterprise, and less on other enterprises or departments. However, the manufacturing enterprises such as N enterprise, the IT sector is weaker, the non IT department need to work closely with IT department in order to have a better requirement management. The non IT sector is taken as the research angle of view in this thesis, with the aid of requirements engineering theory, CMMI theory and agile management theory, the problem of requirement management in N enterprise is raised after the analysis of current situation. And according to the existing problem, the related process flows of requirement management are established and the related tools and methods are proposed in the thesis. Moreover, requirement management personnel training methods and organization guarantee ways is proposed as well. Finally, the requirement management process flow and methods is verified in the cost evaluation system which is in development now. By means of the research, it can be concluded that the requirement management of N enterprise is at the starting stage and many problems exist, such as the management consciousness is low, requirement management process is not perfect, requirement management talents is not insufficient. N enterprises must establish efficient requirement management process flow and adopt rational tools and methods to avoid detours in the process of informatization and achieve cost reduction.
