中文摘要：	我国医药制造业已经是发展最快的产业之一，但是我国医药产业的国际竞争力却并随着发展速度得到相应的提高，目前我国医药的竞争力与国外相比存在着巨大差距。因此对医药技术创新影响因素进行研究，对提高我国技术创新能力有所借鉴，转变我国医药制造业的增长模式，使我国从医药药生产大国转变为医药强国，这已成为需要研究的重要课题。　　　本文对国内外产业技术创新理论和最新研究成果进行了综述，过医药技术创新的过程和特点详加论述，本文还对国内外医药制造业的创新现状进行分析，进一步详述了美国、日本、印度的医药制造业技术创新情况，并对我国医药制造业技术创新情况进行分析。　　　本文全文共分六章：第一章是绪论部分，内容包括研究背景与研究意义，研究框架及研究方法；第二章是相关理论基础回顾部分，内容涉及技术创新的理论和分类以及技术创新的轨迹；第三章是全球医药产业背景以及我国医药产业现状；第四章对我国医药技术创新现状进行了阐述和分析；第五章对美国、日本、印度的医药技术创新影响因素进行了详细讨论并与我国进行了对比，探讨对于我国技术创新发展的借鉴意义；第六章进行了案例分析，对恒瑞医药、海正药业发展中体现出技术创新因素影响情况进行了分析。第七章提出了讨论和结论。
英文摘要：	Since joining the WTO, China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to become one of the fast-growing industry, but compared to China's pharmaceutical industry's international competitiveness has not been significantly improved, compared with other countries there is a huge gap. Influencing factors of technological innovation in the pharmaceutical research, and thus improve the technological innovation capability have reference, change the pattern of growth of China's pharmaceutical industry, from the pharmaceutical drug producing country into a pharmaceutical powerhouse, which has become an important topic to be studied. 　　　In this paper, domestic and foreign industrial technology innovation theory and the latest research results were reviewed over the course of medical technology innovation and features elaborate, the paper also innovative pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad to analyze the situation, further elaborated the United States, Japan, India's technological innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and technological innovation of China's pharmaceutical industry were analyzed. 　　　This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction section, including research background and significance of the study framework and research methodology; second chapter is related to the theoretical basis review section, covering the theory and classification of technological innovation and technological innovation trajectory; the third chapter is the global pharmaceutical industry background and current situation of China's pharmaceutical industry; fourth chapter of our medical technology innovations described and analyzed the current situation; fifth chapter to the United States, Japan, India, medical technology innovation factors are discussed in detail were compared with the country to explore the development of technological innovation for our reference; Chapter VI a case study of Pharmaceutical factories, the reflects the development of technological innovation factors were analyzed.
