中文摘要: 宏观层面上,2007年3月美国次级抵押贷款危机爆发以来,全球经济持续低迷;微观层面上,人民币持续升值,我国出口竞争优势逐年递减,已渐渐失去“世界级工厂”的地位,制造行业极为不景气。在此背景下,作为初建的奥宗尼亚公司,同时面临着机遇与挑战。机遇在于经济高速发展的中国,正在寻找可持续发展的道路,环境保护已成为我国一项基本国策。奥宗尼亚公司作为世界500强在华投资子公司,主要研发、生产、销售环境保护的专业设备,将为我国环境保护科学技术的进步带来一股春风,同时,为自身的发展奠定良好的市场基础。挑战在于两个方面。一方面,人民币的持续升值,促使投资成本不断攀升,外商在华的投资变得愈加谨慎;另一方面,市场上需求的紧缩,迫使企业将如何降低和控制生产运营成本作为需要思量的头等大事。 在此背景下,奥宗尼亚公司引入精益生产方式也就变得势在必行。本文首先对于精益生产方式的相关理论进行了有益的回顾;随后,利用价值流图管理技术对于奥宗尼亚公司的生产系统现状进行了深入的分析,归纳出制约其发展的诸多浪费;进而通过SWOT战略以及财务损益分析推论出引用精益生产方式的动因;其后,从长久经营理念、6S及目视化管理、IE工业工程、均衡化生产、TQM全面质量管理体系、PUSH/PULL混合生产控制方式、员工及团队建设、减少浪费及持续改善等十二个维度去构建奥宗尼亚公司的“精益生产屋”的基石、支柱以及核心的实体;与此同时,本文不仅仅满足于对于整套系统地设计,更切实可行的从管理的四个基本职能出发,为如何实施为其量身定做的精益生产系统进行了详细的规划和设计。在本文的最后,作者对全文进行了有益的总结,凸显了研究的创新成果,并指出了本文的不足和需要持续进行研究的课题。 综上所述,通过引用精益生产系统,将在不久的未来促使奥宗尼亚公司原本粗放型的生产方式有望向精细化生产管理方式平滑过度,为其在华的发展提供了着实有益的基础! 
英文摘要: At macro level,since American economic crisis broke out on March 2007,the world economic continuely depressing.At micro Level, continuous appreciated of China Yuan Leaded to the decreasing of competitive advantage,China is gradually losing the position of World-Class Factory.The manufacturing field is recessing and shinking.Under this background,as intital operating period,OZONIA is facing with both big opportunities and challenges. Opportunity lies in the high-speed economic development, China is pursuing for the road of sustainable development, environmental protection has become a basic national policy of our country.OZONIA China as a wholly owned subsidiary of fortune global 500, focus on researching and development ,manufacturing and sales of professional environmental protection equipment, will contribute to the progressing of environmental protection science and technology for China.At the same time, establishing great marketing foundation for its` own development.Challenges lies in two aspects. On the one hand, continuous appreciation of Yuan is making the rising cost of prompting investment ,which will lead to WOFE investment in China becomes more and more cautious. On the other hand, hard market demands is forcing most of enterprises begin to seriously consider how to reduce and control production costs as first priority. In this context,we can easy to figure out the fact that introduce the Lean Production System to OZONIA is imperative.Firstly,this thesis does a wonderful beneficial review of classic theroy of Lean production method.And then,it makes the analysis with Value stream map management technology to dig up many kinds of waste during the working processes.Further more, with SWOT and financial analysis, deduced the motivation of introducing Lean Production System to OZONIA.After that,from totally 12 kinds of view,for instance,Long-term managing theory,6S&Visual management,Industrial engineering,Balancing production,Total quality management,PUSH/PULL production control system,Employee cultivation and team building,Reducing waste and Kaizen, ect, to build Cornerbone,Backbone and Core of OZONIA Lean Room.Meanwhile,the thesis is not only limited to whole design of Lean Production system,but also makes use of four kinds of basic function of Management theory to construct the plan of system implementation.Finally,the author makes summarization of the whole thesis,emphasises the innovation parts and confirms on-going reaching topics. In conclusion, with introducing lean production system, will make the changes of production mode of OZONIA ,exchange from extensive to excessive refinement.It will provide much help,and creat great foundation of OZONIA development in the future!
