中文摘要:现如今,伴随着全球范围的经济复苏,电子产品的制造企业的日益强大,半导体行业的需求量也随之得到了增长。为了更好的满足客户对半导体芯片不断增长的需求,企业一方面在现有基础上急剧扩大生产能力以满足客户需求量,另一方面在保证产品质量的同时尽量缩短产品的交货周期。作为供应链管理部门,供应链计划工程师在半导体芯片制作过程中的作用日益凸显。于是,在供应链管理的过程中并适当结合作业标准化思想以及精益生产管理的理念,以此来消除整个供应链管理中的浪费,提高资源利用率,优化产能,挖掘潜在的优势与增长点都显得尤为重要。 本文主要研究利用精益生产管理和作业标准化思想来对飞思卡尔公司供应链管理进行改进,进而确保企业长期的稳定运行。首先,本文回顾了供应链管理、精益生产管理和作业标准化的相关理论,阐述了精益生产管理和作业标准化对供应链日常管理以及生产安排的影响。其次,分析了半导体芯片制造业的特点和与之相对应的供应链管理面临的问题,提出飞思卡尔公司供应链管理的实际情况改进的动因。再次,通过引入飞思卡尔供应链管理的实际案例,针对案例实施过程中精益管理和作业标准化思想,进行了上下游工厂的协调管理和公司内部管理的分析阐述,同时验证了两种思想相结合可以更加有效的完善和促进供应链的管理,消除管理过程中产生的浪费、提高现有资源的利用率,进而保障生产长期稳定的进行,提升企业的竞争力。最后,通过展望将作业标准化和精益生产管理等多种管理知识相结合,对供应链管理进行优化配置,使生产能够积极主动地适应半导体芯片制造行业快速发展的需要。 论文研究的目的旨在通过对飞思卡尔供应链管理的改进研究,为供应链管理的改进提供可行的建议和思路,以此来有效地提升供应链管理的效率,消除浪费、缩短客户交货周期,最终提高企业的竞争力。  
英文摘要:With the recovery of global economic, the electronic products manufacturers start to get strong customer demand, they are eager for more semiconductor chips supporting. In order to meet the customers demand to semiconductor chips, one side, the semiconductor manufacturers rapidly expanding their production capacity, in another side, the semiconductor manufacturers try their best to shorten the Customer delivery. For the supply chain management, supply chain planning engineer has became increasingly prominent in semiconductor chip manufacturing process. So combined with lean production management and operation standardization theory in the process of supply chain management, it will contribute a lot to eliminate the waste of entire supply chain management, improve the utilization rate of resources, optimize the capacity, dig the potential advantages and growth point. This thesis studies supply chain management improvement by using lean production management and operation standardization, and then ensures production smoothly run. Firstly, it introduces the supply chain management, lean production management and operation standardization related theory, this thesis expounds lean management and operation standardization’s affect to supply chain management and production arrangements. Secondly, analysis of the semiconductor chip manufacturing characteristics and the problems encountered by supply chain management, and describes Freescale supply chain management improving motivation. Thirdly, the introduction of Freescale supply chain management case, through this case, combine lean and operation standardization to analysis the improvement from transverse and longitudinal. At the same time, this combination can improved and promoted the supply chain management more effective, to eliminate waste, improve the utilization, and ensure the stability of production, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises. Finally, prospect the lean production management, operation standardization, system solutions and so on, they could optimize supply chain management. Through this way, it could adapt the rapidly change of semiconductor chip manufacturing industry. The thesis aims at studying Freescale supply chain management improvement, to provide feasible ideas and suggestions for improving supply cahin management. It could effectively eliminate waste, improve the utilization rate of resources, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
