中文摘要: | 信息技术的飞速发展,创造了崭新的互联网经济体系,而创新就是互联网经济体系的标签,人类生活习惯的创新、企业经营模式的创新都是以互联网技术为基础实现的,因此,在未来互联网将引领新生活、创造新模式。德鲁克曾经说过:“当今企业之间的竞争,已经不是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争。”互联网技术出现之前,企业经营模式是固定的,企业家只需要考虑增加营业收入、降低营业成本、提高人和设备的工作效率,固化思维制约商业模式的创新。互联网和信息技术打破了原有的商业模式,使得传统商业模式面临创造性破坏,迫使企业在复杂和多变的市场环境中对原有模式做出调整和改变来适应新市场环境的变化。各行各业意识到企业在成立之初需要对商业模式进行设计,需要将互联网技术、商业模式二者融合成统一整体,完善产业链,创新盈利模式,保证企业永续发展。 本文从商业模式的角度入手,以互联网为切入点进行研究,分析网络经济中商业模式的创新形式。 在理论上,对“商业模式”概念和组成要素做具体详尽的阐述,使用精益画布工具搭建分析框架,设计互联网创业公司的商业模式。在实践中,企业创新的商业模式强调实操性,选择对YTS公司商业模式进行设计、实施。从理论到实践,任何一个设计单元要素发生变化,都会改变最初的商业模式,但只有对单元要素进行改进与创新才会为创业企业提供未来发展的依据。本文基于以上假设基础,将最初的商业模式通过简单的精益画布进行表述,单元要素互相关联,直接的反映YTS公司商业模式的形成过程,从而得出YTS公司商业模式的价值及YTS公司围绕其价值所作的各种运营活动。 本论文首先介绍商业模式理论,提出电子商务概念,描述了精益画布,引入双边市场相关理论,详细阐述了互联网O2O相关理论及其商业模式,对O2O网站的商业模式构成要素进行分析。其次对研究对象YTS公司作了详细的介绍,叙述公司发展历史、企业管理、人员背景、企业产品和为消费者提供的服务。再则,运用精益画布工具,以白领人群和连锁餐厅为目标客户设计YTS公司商业模式,基于YTS公司商业模式的设计制定可操作的实施细则,并指出该商业模式实施过程中应注意的问题和具体的解决策略。最后,分析该商业模式的创新点和局限性,指明未来发展方向。 | |
英文摘要: | The rapid development of information technology has created a new Internet economy and the innovation is the label of Internet economy. The innovation of human lifestyle and innovation of business model are based on internet technology to achieve, therefore in the future the Internet will lead to a new life and create new modes. Peter Drucker once said, "Today's competition, not competition between products, but competition between business models”. Before the advent of Internet technology, business model is constant, entrepreneurs need to consider to increase revenues, reduce operating costs and improve the efficiency of staff and equipment, the regular thought restrict the innovation of business model. Internet and information technology break to the original business model, the traditional business model is facing the creative destruction, the enterprises are forced to make adjustments in the complex and changing market environment, which adapt to the new market environment. The various walks of life are aware of the need of designing business models in the inception of the company, Internet technology and business models integrate into a unified whole to improve the industrial chain, innovative profit model, ensure sustainable development of enterprises. The thesis starts from the perspective of the business model,it use the internet technology to research and analysis network economy and innovation of business model. In theory, the article make detailed explanations of the business model concept and electronic commerce theory, it use the lean canvas tool to build the analytical framework, design new internet business models. In practice, the innovative business model of Internet start-ups emphasizes practical operation, therefore we choose the business model of YTS company to design and implement. From theory to practice, the diversification of design elements will change the initial business model, however, improvement and innovation of elements will provide the basis for the future development of the startups. This thesis is on the basis of the above assumptions, the initial business model be expressed by a simple lean canvas, the interrelated elements directly reflect the formation of business model of YTS company, thereby YTS company derive value of the company business model and operate a variety of operational activities. The thesis introduces the business model theory and E-commerce concept, describes the lean canvas tool. It introduces the theory of two-side market, there is a detailed presentation of O2O business model theory and O2O business model elements. On YTS company the article introduces the company history, personnel background, products and services of offering consumers in detail. Furthermore, the use of the lean canvas tool design YTS business model, the target customers are the white-collar crowd and the restaurant. When implementing the design of YTS business model, we should pay attention to the problems of the business model implementation process and formulate solving strategies. Finally, we have the analysis of the innovation and limitations of the business model, indicate the future direction of development. | |
