中文摘要:中国目前是世界上钢铁产能和年生产量最大的国家,钢铁的生产量已经超过7亿吨每年,产能也已经达到了10亿吨每年的水平,巨大的钢铁生产量同样也带来了每年巨大的钢铁物流量和贸易量。相比较欧美、日本等钢铁产业先进的国家,我国钢铁产业集中度较低,存在数量众多的钢铁生产企业,同时中国处在城镇化快速转型过程中,作为生产资料的钢铁,在实际需求水平上也存在数量大、分布广的特点,这些因素共同为我国钢铁流通企业的发展提供了良好的市场基础。然而面对较好的市场基础,我国钢铁流通企业与发达国家钢铁流通企业相比还有很大的差距,主要原因就是我国钢铁流通企业商业模式较为落后,缺乏商业模式的创新。正如著名管理学家德鲁克所认为的那样,当前企业间的竞争已经上升为商业模式之间的竞争,从而超越了单纯依靠产品或单纯依靠简单服务的竞争。目前看,我国钢铁流通企业大多数仍然依靠传统的进销差价为主的初级商业模式,围绕价格展开市场竞争,在价格上升趋势下,获得了较好的收益。但随着国际金融危机的到来,我国经济发展速度开始放缓,加之我国宏观调控力度的增大和钢铁产能的严重过剩,近两年,国内钢铁市场价格波动剧烈并伴有明显的下行趋势,同时中国钢铁流通行业竞争激烈,参与者众多且同质化严重,在这种行业与市场竞争格局下,钢铁流通企业的生存空间被大幅压缩,经营风险大幅增加,大多数企业盈利状况不佳,一些企业甚至走到了破产的边缘。因此钢铁流通企业要想实现“突围”,需要通过不断充实和创新服务方式、丰富服务功能为钢铁供应链中的上下游企业提供全面服务,形成竞争优势,争取更多的市场份额和客户份额,从而提升盈利能力,而设计一种新的商业模式就成为中国钢铁流通企业实现转型和突破的关键。本文通过对国外钢铁流通企业商业模式的分析,重新审视和思考了我国钢铁流通企业的商业模式, 围绕钢铁供应链并结合渠道功能提出了钢铁流通企业新的商业模式,即供应链集成服务模式,分析了该模式的构成要素,并对中铁物资公司供应链集成服务模式的应用进行了剖析,最后对中铁物资公司供应链集成服务模式的应用提出了建议。本文对我国钢铁流通企业商业模式转型和可持续发展具有较好的研究和实践意义。 
英文摘要:China is the biggest country on both steel production and steel production capacity currently,whose annual output of steel is above 700 million tons and production capacity has reached 1 billion tons per year. The huge production of steel brings tremendous volume of steel logistics and trade. Compared with developed countries such as Europe,U.S.A, Japan and so on, the degree of industrial concentration is lower, but there are more manufactory companies in our country. At present, our country makes the transition period of industrialization and urbanization. Steel, as the means of production, whose demand is great in wide distribution. All these characteristics provide a good market environment for our steel circulation enterprises. However, faced to the fine market foundation, our steel circulation companies are still far from a steel circulation giant of developed countries. Main reason lies in the backward steel circulation commercial model and lacking in innovation. Just as the famous management expert Drucker think, the competition among enterprises has risen to the competition between business models, which goes beyond simply rely on product or simply rely on simple service competition. At present, the majority of steel circulation enterprises in our country still take the traditional trade-based price business model, competing based on price. Under the tendency of rising price the investment earnings will be better. However, with the arrival of international financial crisis, our country’s economic progress rate began slowing down, coupled with the increase of our country’s macro-control and our steel production capacity surplus seriously, the national price of steel market fluctuated violently associated with obviously downward trend in the latest two years. At the same time, Chinese steel circulation industry competition is intense and the participants’ homogenization phenomenon is serious. In this type of business and competitive market condition, the survival space of steel circulation enterprises is greatly compressed, and business risk increases significantly, so that most enterprises are in poor profit, even some of them come to the brink of bankruptcy. If steel enterprises want to achieve “breakthrough”, they need constantly fill and innovate service ways, enrich service function to provide comprehensive services for the upstream and downstream enterprises in the steel supply chain, to gain competitive edge, to strive for more market share and the share of customers for improving profitability. Thus, to design a new business model has become the key part of Chinese steel circulation enterprises to realize the transformation and breakthrough. This paper, through the analysis of the commercial models of steel circulation enterprises abroad, reviewed and deeply thought of business model of steel circulation enterprises in our country, raised new business model of steel circulation enterprises around steel supply chain and channel function, which was named the supply chain integration service model of steel circulation enterprises, whose component elements were analyzed. Then, the application of supply chain integration service model of China Railway Materials Company Limited was discussed, and the suggestions for the application of supply chain integration service model of China Railway Materials Company Limited was put forward, which has important theoretical and practical significance on business model transformation and sustainable development of Chinese steel circulation enterprises and the whole industry.
