| 中文摘要: | 随着经济全球一体化、信息技术高速发展、用户需求多样性,使得各行各业的竞争日益激烈。企业和企业的竞争,转化为供应链和供应链之间的竞争。采购(Procurement)是供应链管理中一项极为重要的环节,因为企业与上游供应商的关系以及供应商的能力决定着购买货物的品质、购买价格、送达时间等因素。另外,采购作为大多数企业发生成本最大的领域,充分挖掘采购作为企业的第三利润源泉的作用,对于降低成本,提高企业的竞争地位有着重大战略意义。 GB天津公司作为一家总部在美国的小型工位起重机制造和销售商,凭借其独特的产品特点、明确的竞争战略、出色的销售策略以及优秀的服务团队,在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。然而金融危机之后的经济全面复苏带来的订单量激增,在运营方面薄弱的GB公司遭遇了一系列问题:质量问题频出,交货周期延长,客户投诉增多等。现今面对越来越激烈的竞争,同时面临国家缩紧银根的宏观调控政策,公司盈利开始下滑,公司不得不靠降低产品价格,以优越的付款方式去吸引客户。 根据GB公司面临的内外部状况分析,公司管理层开始意识到GB公司只有在保证既有的竞争优势的前提下,增强运营能力,采用优化供应链管理,提高供应链效率的策略,才能迅速摆脱目前的局面,走出困境。 本文重点介绍了供应链管理、供应链环境下的采购管理等相关知识,对GB公司的采购管理现状做了多角度全方位的分析。通过分析GB公司的采购组织结构、采购管理范围和采购运作模式,发现主要问题集中在采购管理体系不完善,供应商的选择与评价制度不成熟,库存数量不合理等方面。针对这些采购管理中存在的问题,首先从GB公司对供应链环境下采购管理的地位认识上提出见解,进而从采购组织职能优化、采购策略制定、库存控制、供应商管理方面提出了相应的改进措施和优化方案,最后提出了文本的不足之处和后续研究方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the global economic integration, the rapid development of information technology and the diversity of customers’ demand, the competition becomes fiercely in all industry. The competition between enterprises transforms to the completion in supply chain. Procurement is an important part in supply chain management as the relationship between enterprises and its suppliers and the suppliers’ ability determine the product quality, price and delivery time etc. As a small US owned manufacturer of work station crane, GB Tianjin relying on its unique product features, explicit competition strategy, excellent sales strategy and service team, occupies a space in the fiercely competing market. However, as big orders came in after the economic recovery, GB suffered a series of problems—quality issue, extended delivery time and increased customer complaints etc. According to the analysis of the internal and external situation of GB, the management team realized that in order to get out of the current situation, GB has to enhance its operational capability, optimize its supply chain management and increase the efficiency of the supply chain, as well as keep the existing competitive advantage. This thesis introduced the theory of supply chain management and procurement management; then thoroughly analyzed the current situation of GB’s procurement management. By analyzing GB’s purchasing organization, purchasing management scope and purchasing operation mode, we found that the main problem is concentrated in immature procurement management and system vendor evaluation system, unreasonable inventory quantity etc. In view of the existing problems, first this thesis give suggestions in recognition of GB’s procurement management position, and then put forward the improvement measures and corresponding optimization scheme from the purchasing organization, purchasing strategy optimization, inventory control and supplier management, Finally, to describe the thesis conclusion and effectiveness as well as future study area. | |
