中文摘要:近年来,我国石油化工工程建设的速度和数量突飞猛进,整个石化行业实现了跨越式的飞速发展。石化公司的扩建项目,也逐步由缺乏计划性的被动管理,转向主动控制的项目管理阶段。在扩建项目的技术创新和应用过程中,项目管理者们希望通过专业的项目风险管理方法和手段,对改扩建项目风险进行更为全面的管理;通过丰富的管理经验和专业知识的成功应用,提升改扩建项目工程建设的管理水平,保证项目目标的顺利实现。在项目风险管理过程中,如何有效识别项目所面临的的各种风险,并对项目风险进行准确的度量和评价,是决定一个项目风险管理成功与否的重要环节,也成为目前项目管理者们所面临的一个重要的现实问题和难点。 本文基于风险管理的基本理论,对化工工程项目风险管理内容进行系统分析和深入研究。然后以吉林石化扩建项目风险管理为案例,采用调查法、访谈法等信息收集方法,对该扩建项目所面临的各种风险进行识别、分类和汇总。以专家打分法,结合层次分析法等定性与定量相结合的分析方法对影响项目运行的各种风险进行度量,确定风险因素影响权重。进而有针对性的制定风险管理策略,对项目风险进行管理和控制。本文研究价值及创新点在于,通过进行实地调查和分析,提出工程项目风险管理系统的思想,并通过业内有经验的专家打分等方法,将风险因素的影响程度进行数值化,并通过判断矩阵等科学计算方法进行量化。同时结合项目实际运行情况加以验证和总结,为此类项目在风险管理方面提供相关的技术理论和实践指导。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the petroleum and chemical engineering construction quantity and speed developed by leaps and bounds, the petrochemical industry has been rapid leap-forward development. Petrochemical Industries Co expansion project, also gradually by the lack of passive management plans, change to the active control of the project management. In the process of technology innovation and application of the management of Petrochemical Industries Co, who want professional project risk management, the Petrochemical Industries Co expansion project risk is more comprehensive management, with its rich management experience and professional knowledge, enhance the construction Petrochemical Industries Co expansion project management level, to ensure the realization of the objectives of the project. In the process of project risk management, how to effectively identify the risks faced by the project and to accurate measurement and evaluation of project risk is to determine the success of a project risk management, and also become an important practical problems and difficulties for the project managers. Based on the basic theory of risk management, this thesis analysis the content of chemical engineering project risk management and performed in-depth research. And then select Jilin petrochemical expansion project risk management as a case. Through the method of collecting the information such as investigate method, interview method, to identify, Classification and summary the various risks facing during the project expansion. And use the expert scoring method combining with the quantitative analysis method such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to measure the risks which affect the operation of project, and determine the risk factors weights. In turn to establish the risk management strategy turgidly to control the project risk. In this thesis, the research value and innovation point is that through the field investigation and analysis put forward the thought of engineering project risk management system. And quantify the value of the risk factors influence degree through the industry experienced expert scoring method. And use the scientific calculation method for quantitative judgment matrix to number it. And then, combining with project practice to verify and summary, provide related technical theory and practice guidance for such projects in the risk management.
