中文摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展及城镇化进程的加速,地铁等交通枢纽的建设也在如火如荼地进行。电扶梯是上述基础设施建设不可或缺的部分,其运行安全关系着广大公众乘客的安全,而电扶梯的运行安全与电扶梯维保服务技师的专业技能、安全意识、责任感等密切相关。奥的斯电梯作为国内电扶梯行业的领头羊,于2012年7月成立了全国地铁项目部,旨在对所有地铁用奥的斯品牌的电扶梯进行专项管理,并全面推行奥的斯地铁维保管理系统,期望通过培训提升地铁电扶梯服务技师的专业技能、服务行为、安全意识等,为地铁客户提供卓越服务,并为广大公众乘客乘梯安全提供保障。作者借助在奥的斯地铁项目部工作的背景,通过学习与培训相关的理论,如人力资本理论、强化理论、社会学习理论、成人学习理论、学习型组织理论等一般培训理论,以及与企业培训体系构成的相关理论及文献;分析国内电扶梯维保业现状、奥的斯地铁电扶梯服务技师现状及其培训存在的问题;调查并与地铁项目部服务技师沟通,了解他们的培训需求;分析以往针对服务技师的培训项目的优劣点;构建了针对地铁电扶梯服务技师的培训项目,包括新员工培训、地铁扶梯大学培训、师傅带徒弟培训;开发了地铁电扶梯服务技师专属培训包;创立了“三人行”分享平台。如上这些培训项目的有机组合构成了奥的斯地铁电扶梯服务技师培训体系。在该体系的推行和实践过程中,作者总结了该培训体系进一步完善的改进机会,并提出了本文的推广价值以及推广时应注意的问题。奥的斯电梯公司是国内首个将地铁电扶梯进行专项管理的公司,因此对于地铁电扶梯服务技师的培训体系是国内同行业首创的,这是本文的创新点,也是本文的难点所在。由于内外部环境的不断变化和作者本身水平的限制,本文尚存在一定的局限性,希望随着培训实践的进行和推广得以不断完善。 
英文摘要:As the rapid development of China’s economic and the speed up of urbanization, the infrastructure construction including metro, transportation junction is proceeding like a raging fire. Elevator and escalator is the indispensable part of the above infrastructure construction. Its running safety is closely related to the riding safety of the public passengers. While the running safety is closely related to the professional skill, safety sense and service sense of the elevator and escalator maintenance mechanics. OTIS Elevator Company, as the bellwether of domestic elevator and escalator industry, established National-wide Metro Project Offices in Jul 2012, aiming to take a special management of all metro-used-OTIS brand-elevators and escalators, setting up the OTIS Metro Maintenance System and expanding it nation-wide, hoping to improve the professional skills, service behavior, safety sense of the elevator and escalator maintenance mechanics through training, to provide the metro customer excellent service to assure the safety of the public elevator and escalator passengers. The author of this essay studied the training-related theory, including the Human Capital Management Theory, Reinforcement Theory, Social Learning Theory,Adult Learning Theory,Learning Organization Theory and other general training theories, besides, she has also studied the company training theories, combining with the working background in OTIS metro project office, analyzed the current domestic elevator and escalator mechanics and maintenance, besides, the essay also studied the training status and the existed training problems of the mechanics. Through investigation and communication with the mechanics, the author got to know their training needs. Together with the analyzing result of the shortages and advantages of the existed training program for mechanics, the training system for metro elevator and escalator mechanics including the new-hire training, metro escalator university training, master and apprentice training, the special training package for metro elevator and escalator mechanic is also developed, besides, the Three-Person-to-Go sharing system is also founded, all above referred organically combined to the training system of the elevator and escalator mechanics. During the practice of this training system, the author also summarized the opportunities for further improvement, the expanding value and the limitation for expanding is also included in this essay. OTIS is the first company to take special management of the metro-used elevator and escalators nation-wide, therefore, OTIS is also the pioneer to establish the training system for elevator and escalator mechanics, this is the innovation as well as the challenge of this essay, because of the internal and external environment continuous change and the restriction of the author, there indeed is some limitation in this essay, and expecting to gain continuous improvement through the practice and expanding and the training system.
