中文摘要:  中国加入WTO之后,机会更多,挑战更多。竞争变得激烈起来,工作压力、生活压力随着社会不断发展的过程中也逐渐变大,给我们带来了越来越多的健康问题,越来越多的人不得不开始重视身体出现的问题。总结起来,影响我们身体健康的因素有很多,如自身生活、饮食的不注意,不能按时休息、大鱼大肉、通宵达旦的工作或应酬;工作、学习、生活中的巨大压力;环境污染加剧等很多方面都威胁着人们的健康。    同时保健品行业也随着中国社会的发展逐渐为国民所熟知,中国消费者的保健意识和对保健品的了解都越来越丰富。这样的变化以及中国消费者对保健品的巨大需求加剧了行业的竞争。人们的需求无疑是推动行业发展的巨大动力,于是不同品牌的不同保健品产品都出现在消费者面前。保健品的丰厚利润刺激着保健品企业的神经,以至于曾经一度有些品牌在利益的驱动下盲目追求利润,造假、欺骗,抹黑了保健品行业。使得很多消费者至今还对保健品持有完全不信任的态度。国内保健品行业的发展几经波折,成功和失败始终贯穿着整个发展过程。可以说中国保健品行业曾经经历了混乱无序的发展阶段。    互联网行业的发展带动着人们购物方式的改变,很多人都选择了网络购物的方式。保健品属于快速消费品,符合直销产品的要求,如何将进口保健品和网络直销的销售方式更好地结合在一起,发挥网络直销的优势,推进保健品的销售成为本篇论文讨论的主题。 
英文摘要:   China faces more chances and more challenges after taking part in the WTO. The pressure from work and life become bigger in the steady development of the society, it takes us more and more health problems and more and more people have to face them. In fact, there are many reasons which affect our health, for example, the ignoring of diet, late for sleeping, unhealthy food; great pressure from work, study, and life, pollution from the environment or something else, there are so many wrong things and adverse health effect.     The health food is known by Chinese when the society develops and have a more and more rich knowledge of the heath food and the ethos become stronger. These changes and the need of Chinese people make the competition violently. The need is no doubt a huge energy to the development of the health industry, so many different brand and products are putting before people. So that once a time some brands in the interest are driven by the blind pursuit of profit, fraud, deception, do badly to the industry. Many consumers still have great distrust on health products. The development of domestic health care products industry after several twists and turns, success and failure always runs through the whole development process. We can say the domestic health products industry has experienced a chaotic stage of development.     The developing of the Internet make the way of shopping change, many people begin to choose the on-line sale. And health products belong to the fast consumer goods, which is fit for the requirements of direct product , so how to link the import health care products with network of direct sales together, play the network marketing advantages, promote the health care products sales becomes the topic of this article.
