| 中文摘要: | 相对于2007年至2011年中国资本市场的热钱涌动、全民PE、创业板造富神话,从2012年开始,整个资本市场进入了漫长的寒冬期,募资难、投资难、退出难成为行业所面临的三大共性问题。众多中小型风险投资公司关门大吉,以DC创投、深创投、九鼎等为代表的本土风投公司也积极寻找新的发展思路,实施战略转型,以适应环境的剧烈变化。中国的风险投资公司在经历成长期到成熟期的跨越,受复杂多变的外部环境和尚不成熟的内部管理条件双重影响,风险投资公司的战略转型之路充满了不确定性和风险。 本文对DC创投战略转型的全过程进行了系统分析。作为本土第一批成立的风险投资公司,其在发展的12年中保持了快速的成长,成为本土风险投资公司中第一家成功完成战略转型的公司并取得初步成功,在资本市场的寒冬到来之际脱颖而出,奠定了在创投行业的坚实位置。文章通过应用战略转型理论、环境分析理论、竞争战略理论等对DC创投的转型全过程进行了深入的分析。战略转型实质上是一种新的竞争体系建立,是内外部资源与环境实现短期平衡的过程,这是一个动态、连续的过程。 本文对DC创投转型的整体规划和每一步的实施过程进行了详细的描述、分析和整理,重点描述了新竞争体系的建立与企业各类战略转型能力之间的相互作用关系。文章还通过对比法,对九鼎和深创投的战略转型进行了粗略的介绍,对不同路径下战略转型的实现做了简单的对比,以共性和差异为更多的风险投资公司提供不同层面的借鉴。随后,对DC创投战略转型初步效果做出评价和总结。文章同时对DC创投在转型过程中所出现的问题进行了原因分析,并提出了改进的方法和建议,以确保转型的持续性和发展性。 希望通过本文对战略转型的理论梳理,并结合DC创投的实例,为风险投资公司在环境驱动下进行的战略转型过程设计提供借鉴和参考。 | |

Many small and medium risk investment company closed down, the DC venture capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, Kunwu Jiuding Capital as the representatives of the local venture capital companies are also actively looking for new development ideas, the implementation of the strategic transformation to adapt to dramatic changes in the environment. China's venture capital firm has experienced growing to maturity leap, by the complex and volatile external environment and internal management of immature double impact of the strategic transformation of venture capital firm full of uncertainty and risk. This article analyzed systematically of the entire process of the DC venture strategic transformation. DC is the first domestic venture capital company with its 12 years to maintain a rapid growth. In the current round of industry downturn, DC Venture first to complete the strategic transformation and success, laying their industry leading position. Articles by applying the theory of strategic transformation, environmental analysis, competitive strategy, research process of transition of the DC venture capital. Strategic transformation is the process of establishing a new system of competition ,is to achieve short-term balance of resources and the environment in the process, is a dynamic, continuous process. Article describes the steps of the DC venture capital restructuring, focusing on describes the relationship between the new competitive systems and the strategic transformation capabilities. The article also describes the process of strategic transformation of two others venture capital firms, compared the process of strategic transformation under different paths, to analyze the similarities and differences to provide different levels of learning for more venture capital firms. Subsequently, the article reviews and summarizes the preliminary results of the strategic transformation of DC venture. Meanwhile, the paper discusses and analyzes the problem appeared in the transition process of DC venture, an improved method and suggested that in order to ensure the continuity and development of the transformation. Finally, the author hopes that through the study of the theory of strategic transformation, combined with examples of DC venture, to provide reference for more venture capital firms that has the needs of strategic transformation process designed Ventures conducted at ambient driven. | |
