中文摘要：	随着知识经济时代的到来,知识对推动经济增长发挥越来越重要的作用，知识管理的重要性也越来越为业界所认识。同时，新技术的研究与开发不断复杂化，各领域知识的难度与深度都日益增强，不同学科和领域之间相互补充日益重要，合作研发模式受到越来越多企业的关注。本论文运用问卷调查和理论分析方法探讨了电梯核心部件曳引机企业（BO公司）面向合作研发的知识管理问题，分别从知识管理的技术、人员、组织和流程要素进行分析，论证了将BO公司知识管理系统延伸扩展至合作研发的可行性，为BO公司提高面向合作研发知识管理水平提供了理论支持和方法指导。本论文在第二章中回顾了合作研发和知识管理一些基本理论及概念，明确了合作研发涉及的范围及知识管理的组成要素；在第三章中分析了BO公司在合作研发中知识管理的主要问题，并对其进行了根源分析。随后的第四章和第五章中作为本论文的核心章节，分别对知识管理的基础要素和结构要素进行分析，提出BO公司面向合作研发知识管理方案。第四章主要分析基础要素-技术和人员对BO公司面向合作研发知识管理的作用，技术要素包括面向合作研发显性知识管理技术平台、隐性知识管理系统和知识创新工具管理的技术；人员要素分为合作研发双方技术人员的技能管理和BO公司知识管理者的职能延伸。第五章主要分析结构要素-组织和流程对BO公司面向合作研发的知识管理系统的作用，组织要素包含学习型整合研发团队组织结构和ACE企业文化；流程要素主要针对合作研发以知识管理视角对分段式研发流程进行再造。技术、人员、组织和流程四要素共同作用，构成BO公司面向合作研发知识管理方案：BO公司知识管理技术系统的延伸为合作研发双方搭建知识交流的技术平台，面向合作研发技术人员的技能管理和知识管理者为合作研发活动提供人员支持，学习型整合研发团队的创建为共有知识创新提供组织依托，分段式合作研发流程为知识生产和创新提供过程保障。四要素共同构成的知识管理方案实际应用将大大提升BO公司面向合作研发水平。
英文摘要：	With knowledge economy coming, knowledge have more and more impact on economy increasing, and the importance of knowledge management(KM) gets more and more reorganization. At the same time, the research and development (R&D) of new technology keep continuously complicated, the depth and difficulty of knowledge are all enhanced in their own area. As a result, different subject and area supplement for each other, and more companies keep one eye on cooperative R&D. This thesis use questionnaire and theory analysis method to investigate the KM issues during cooperation R&D of elevator core component company-BO, study KM from technology, human, organization and process viewpoint respectively, verify the possibility of extending BO KM system to cooperation, provide theoretical support and method guide to BO for KM capability improvement of cooperated R&D. The basic theory of cooperative R&D and KM are reviewed in Chapter II, including the key element identification. There is major issue discussion and root cause investigation in Chart III. In Chart IV and V, the key elements of KM are analyzed, and BO cooperative R&D KM solution is proposed. The basic elements, technology and human, are analyzed in Chart IV. The element of technology is composed of cooperative R&D tacit knowledge technical platform, explicit knowledge management system and knowledge innovation tooling management methodology. The element of human is for technical employee skill management of cooperative R&D team and responsibility extension of knowledge administrator of BO. The structure elements, organization and process, are analyzed in Chart V, which study on cooperative R&D KM capability improvement from learning integrated product R&D team and phase R&D process re-engineering.。 The element of Technology, Human, Organization and Process working together, consist of BO KM Solution of cooperative R&D: BO KM technical platform is extended for knowledge sharing between cooperative partner and BO, skill management and knowledge administrator provide human resource for cooperative R&D, learning integrated product R&D team provide organization foundation for cooperative R&D, and re-engineered phase process provide system insurance for cooperative R&D. It’s expected that BO cooperative R&D capability will be improved via this KM solution.
