中文摘要:改革开放以来,我国国民经济取得了举世瞩目的成就。目前,我国已经是世界第二大贸易国。数量庞大的中国企业都从事国际贸易活动,他们为世界经济增长做出了巨大的贡献。历史上,国有外贸企业为我国的经济、政治、科技发展发挥了重要作用。随着改革开放的深入,国有外贸企业的经营环境发生了重大的变化,国有外贸企业在激烈的市场竞争中,一部分被淘汰出局,一部分被其他所有制成分的企业收购,但仍有相当部分的国有外贸企业得以延续下来,通过整合和发展甚至形成了一批更大规模的国有外贸企业(集团)。国有外贸企业仍然是我国外贸领域中占据重要地位的企业群体。天津纺织集团进出口公司是一家比较典型的国有外贸流通企业。该公司的发展历程可以说是改革开放后我国国有外贸公司改革发展的一个缩影。尤其是近年来,众多国有外贸企业由于不能适应市场经济体制,早已淡出了人们的视线,甚至不乏一些公司被改制退出。本文以天津纺织集团进出口公司近年来的发展为线索,利用战略管理理论中的PEST、五力模型及价值链等工具,对该企业所处的外部宏观环境及企业内部环境进行分析,找出该企业的竞争优势,提出未来发展的战略选择并对战略的实施提出具体的建议。希望本文的研究能对企业经营者有一定的借鉴意义,并对其他国有外贸企业战略研究提供一定的参考。 
英文摘要:China’s economy has made great success since the Reform and Opening up. China is already the world's second largest trading country. So many Chinese enterprises which are engaged in international trade have made great contributions to the world economy. The state-owned enterprises specialized in international trade play an important role for China's development of economy, political, science and technology in history. With the Reform and Opening-up, great changes have taken place in such enterprises. Some have been eliminated, but considerable part of them have changed to modern companies, which occupy important positions in the field of China's international trade. Tianjin Textile Group Import & Export Inc(TTGIE) is a typical state-owned enterprise specialized in international trade. The development of the company can be considered a microcosm of the development of state-owned enterprises specialized in international business in China. In recent years, so many such enterprises have closed down due to poor management. The essay will focus on development strategy of Tianjin Textile Import and Export Inc.. Based on strict study and complete analyst on the internal and external environments of this company, the development strategy will be provided by using PEST tool, Porter’s Competition Model and Value Chain Theory. The essay will also put forward the concrete recommendations for the implementation of the strategy, and strategy control. The conclusions and opinions of the essay can be taken as reference for managers of the company and researchers on strategy of stated-owned specialized in international trade.
