中文摘要:在济南市高新技术产业开发区新区、环境优美风景宜人的围子山下,一座现代化的卷烟工厂拔地而起,以宏伟大气的时代风尚、独具一格的工业布局特色,展现在人们面前,这是济南卷烟厂为全面改善烟叶存储条件所投资的烟叶醇化库项目的产物,该项目引入项目管理的重要思想,按时保质完成了工程建设任务,获得良好的环境效益和社会效益。本文以烟叶库项目的进度管理为案例,首先从项目进度管理的基本理论展开阐述,介绍了进度管理的一些研究内容与研究意义,然后引入项目进度管理的方法与措施,分析了烟叶库项目在进度管理方面存在的内外影响因素;根据企业实际情况研究制定了相关的控制对策,在实践应用中逐步改进完善,达到了良好的效果,保证了项目建设的快速顺畅发展。本文研究过程中分析了论文的研究背景和意义,明确了论文的研究方法和内容结构安排以及论文的创新点。通过对项目管理和进度控制等相关理论的阐述和理解,为论文的研究和写作铺平了道路。重点介绍了烟叶库项目的工程背景及概况,项目的规划设计以及项目进度影响因素分析,通过对烟叶库项目进度计划的编制与工作结构分解,确定了项目进度控制管理流程、控制措施及方法以及控制重点,对项目进度控制过程实时纠偏完善。提出烟叶库项目施工进度计划与控制的作业程序是一个不断上升的PDCA循环,要着重对进度计划实施过程中应注意的问题、产生偏差的主要原因、进度计划的调整处理等方面进行控制。完成了烟叶库项目进度控制策略的总结归纳,指出避免各项因素对项目进度控制的影响,为更多工程进度控制提供可靠的依据。 
英文摘要:A modern cigarette factory is built near Mountain Weizi well-known for its beautiful environment and pleasant scenery in the new area of Jinan Hi-tech Industry Development Region. It is characterized by modern design and unique industrial layout. As a product of tobacco alcoholization storage project invested by Jinan cigarette factory to improve tobacco leaf storage condition, the project management ideology was brought in this project, and owing to that, we accomplished the engineering tasks building in high quality and on time. Both good environmental and social benefits are obtained by adopting the project management system. This paper took the process control of tobacco alcoholization storage project as an example. Firstly, it explained the basic theory about the project process control and introduced the research contents and research significance about this project; secondly, it listed the methods and measures about project process control, analyzed both exterior and interior influence factors, pointed out whether the construction project can be handed over on schedule or not will directly affect the economic benefit of the project, while in construction project management, the project process control is one of the elementary management targets. The paper firstly introduced the research background and current situation at home and abroad, explained the research method and content structure arrangement and the innovation points of this thesis. By fully studying the basic theory about project management and project process control, we found our way to create this paper. This paper highlighted the background, general situation, planning and design, and process influence factor analysis of the project. By planning and scheduling this project and breaking up the work structure, we determined the control management processes, control measures and control emphasis of the project, correct and prefect the project process control in real time. The paper also proposed that the construction process and operating procedure control is a rising PDCA cycle, and the project manager should pay more attention to problems needing attention in the process of project implementation, mainly reason of the discrepancy, and adjustment of processed plan. In the end, we summarized project process control strategies, listed some factors that may affect the project process and proposed countermeasures for these factors, which can provide reliable basis for further project process control.
