中文摘要:随着经济的发展,我国的企业的生产规模不断壮大,企业的生产经营的业务不断增多,企业生产工艺流程越来越复杂,传统的生产经营管理方式制约了企业进一步的发展;但是信息系统可以提高企业生产管理水平,实现企业内部信息资源共享,提高企业管理层的信息决策能力,因此,利用信息系统来提高企业生产管理水平,越来越受到企业的青睐。目前,全国各大企业利用信息系统来提高企业管理水平越来越多,但是在企业生产安全管理上,利用信息系统对企业生产安全进行管理和控制却是不多,当前只在高危行业,如煤矿等安全性较高企业有应用的案例;但是随着企业生产规模的不断壮大和生产工艺流程越来越复杂,传统的安全生产管理模式越来越受到挑战,因此,探索利用信息化手段来提高企业生产安全管理水平是目前各大企业所面临的首要问题。安全生产管理信息化具有投入大,运维成本高等传统信息系统建设问题,并且还具有企业安全业务复杂、数据准确性和系统运行稳定性高、数据的及时性等独特性,因此安全生产管理信息化的建设质量就要求较高;但是在安全生产管理信息化项目质量控制方面,却没有经验可以借鉴,因此急需对安全生产管理信息化项目质量控制研究,以提高安全生产信息化项目建设质量。本文采用了文献分析、德尔菲访谈和实际案例分析等方法,对安全生产管理信息化项目的质量控制进行研究。项目实施前期,项目组要先识别出影响项目质量的因素,并找出关键质量因素,然后采取相应的控制措施,通过项目团队建设、控制项目实施范围、控制项目变更频率等工作,为项目质量控制奠定基础;项目实施过程中,在详细的系统需求分析的基础上,制定完善的系统设计方案并保证系统设计方案科学可行;在项目实施过程,严格按照项目质量的过程标准,及时开展项目测试及原因分析,及时对系统进行纠偏和变更,发现问题立即解决,不留隐患。通过对项目质量影响关键因素的分析与控制和严格的过程质量控制,保证了安全生产管理信息化项目的质量。 
英文摘要:With the economic development, the production of our country enterprise scale unceasingly expands as well as the production and operation of enterprises business grows, production process is more and more intricate. The traditional product management mode curbs the further development of enterprises, however the information system can heighten the enterprise production management level, realize the enterprise’s internal information resources sharing, improve the ability of senior leaders’s decision making. Therefore, to improve product management level by using information system, which is more and more favored by enterprises. At present the major enterprises using information system to improve the managerial level of the enterprise grows increasingly. In terms of the enterprise product safety management, however the use of information systems of enterprise production safety management and control is not common except in some high-risk industries presently, like some application cases in coal mine and other high security industry, but as the scale of the enterprise production scale growing and production process becoming more and more complex, the traditional safety management mode encounters challenge.Therefore, exploration is the primary problem faced by the enterprises to improve the level of safety management of enterprise production and the use of information systems. Management information system of safe production has problem of large investment and maintenance cost of traditional information system construction.It also has unique characters of safety data and high accuracy, stability, system security, data promptness and others. Hence, the requirements of safety management information system construction quality are high particularly. But in safe production management informationization project quality control, but no experience, so it is necessary to study the quality control of security production management informatization project, in order to improve the production of informationization project construction quality and safety. This paper employs the literature analysis method, interview with Delphy and the actual case analysis and other methods to study quality control of a project on safe production management informatization. In the early stage of project implementation, project group need to identify the factors affecting the quality of the project, and find out the key quality factors, and then corresponding control measures are taken. Through the project team building, project scope of work, control the project change frequency, laying the foundation for the project quality control. In the process of project implementation , based on the analysis of the system requirements in detail the design scheme of the system, make perfect system designed scientifically and feasibly. In the process of project implementation, in strict accordance with the project quality process standards, carry out testing and the reasons, timely rectification and change to the system, finding that the issue be resolved immediately without hidden trouble. Through the influence of key factors of project quality analysis and control and strict quality control process, it ensures the quality of project safety management information.
