中文摘要：	随着我国宏观经济的不断持续发展，城市化率不断提升，然而我国目前50%的城市化率仍旧与国外70%的水平存在着很大的差距。未来我国将继续加大房屋建设和市政建设等工程建设的投入力度。而液压破碎锤行业直接依赖于这些工程建设项目，这预示着我国未来的液压破碎锤市场前景将非常可观。目前，LBS公司受到产能约束的影响，为了迎合市场的发展和实现公司的战略目标，公司有必要重新募集资金并新建厂房和购置新的设备。本论文正是在LBS公司液压破碎锤募投项目可行性分析基础上而展开研究的。本论文研究的内容主要涉及以下几个方面：首先，介绍了LBS公司液压破碎锤募投项目与公司的基本情况，然后分析了该募投项目的基础条件与必要性。其次，对LBS公司液压破碎锤募投项目的市场现状与预测等两个方面的内容进行了探讨，并且对公司在液压破碎锤市场方面的竞争力以及该募投项目的竞争力展开了分析。然后，对LBS公司液压破碎锤募投项目的经济效益展开了分析，重点探讨的内容涉及基础数据与参数选取的标准、销售收入与成本的估算过程以及项目的盈利能力与盈亏平衡分析。随后，探讨了该募投项目的管理能力及其项目风险分析与控制措施。具体来讲，在募投项目管理能力分析方面，主要从公司管理能力、研发管理能力、生产管理能力和市场营销能力等四个方面进行了研究；在募投项目风险分析与控制措施方面，探讨的内容共涉及市场风险、管理风险、生产质量风险、技术人才流失风险和金融风险等五种风险。最后，总结全文研究结论，并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of China's macroeconomic， urbanization rate is rising rapidly. However, compared with 70% urbanization rate of foreign countries, China's 50% urbanization rate still exist a considerable gap. In the future, China will continue to increase housing construction and municipal construction and other projects construction efforts. The hydraulic breaker industry is directly dependent on these construction projects, which indicates that the future of China's hydraulic breaker market prospects will be very impressive. Currently, LBS Company subject to the impact of capacity constraints, in order to meet the market's development and achieve the company's strategic goals, LBS need to refinance and to purchase new equipments. This thesis is based on LBS company hydraulic hammer raise investment project feasibility analysis. This thesis mainly deals with the following aspects: Firstly, introduced the basic situation of the LBS hydraulic hammer equity investment projects and the company's, and then analyzes the basic conditions for equity investment projects and necessity. Secondly, LBS Company's hydraulic hammer raise investment project's market status and forecast are discussed, and market competitiveness of hydraulic breaker and the competitiveness of equity investment projects are analyzed. Then, the economic analysis of LBS Company's hydraulic hammer raise investment project is carried out; the author mainly analyzed the selected criteria of the basic data and parameters, sales revenue and cost are estimated, researched the project profitability and break-even analysis. Meanwhile, the author analyzed the management capability and project risk and control measures. Specifically, in the aspect of project management capability, mainly researched the company's capability of the management, R & D management, production management and marketing. And in the aspect of project risk analysis and control measures, we mainly explored the contents involving market risk, management risk, quality of production risk, technology risk and financial risk. Finally, summarized the research conclusions, and the future research directions are discussed.
