中文摘要：	随着我国少数民族地区旅游业的兴起，利用旅游业带动当地经济发展、创造就业、促进民族文化保护已成为许多少数民族地区地方政府的发展战略。少数民族地区旅游业的发展给当地带来了各方面的影响，调查居民关于这些影响的感知与态度对当地旅游业可持续性发展以及少数民族独特文化的保护具有重要意义。本文以广西桂林龙胜各族自治县龙脊梯田景区这一少数民族地区为研究对象，旨在研究其居民关于旅游影响的感知与态度，得出了当地居民旅游影响感知与态度、基于感知态度差异的居民类型划分以及影响居民感知与态度的因素三方面的研究结果。本文采用实地调查研究的方法对案例地进行了调查，通过因子分析、聚类分析、相关分析发现，当地居民对旅游积极影响感知很强烈，对旅游消极影响感知较微弱，对旅游业发展持支持态度；被调查地居民被划分为三类：积极支持者、中立者和理性支持者；性别、教育程度、民族、社区归属感、与旅游者的接触程度、居民对旅游经济的依赖程度以及收入水平都是影响居民感知与态度的因素，其中，性别与民族对于居民感知与态度的影响是本文研究新发现。在以上研究发现基础上，本文对龙脊梯田景区提出了相应的旅游发展建议。
英文摘要：	As the development of tourism industry at minority areas, it has been a developing strategy for local governments at minority areas to utilize tourism industry to boost local economy, create employments, accelerate folk culture protection and so on. As the development of tourism industry at minority areas inevitably generates all kinds of impacts to locality, it is essential to investigate local residents’perceptions and attitudes toward these tourism impacts for the sustainable development of local tourism industry and the protection of unique minority culture. In this thesis, the writer takes Longji Terrace Scenic Spot as the study object, in order to investigate local residents’ perceptions and attitudes toward tourism impacts at this minority area and finally arrives at three conclusions which are about residents’perceptions and attitudes toward tourism impacts, residents’cluster based on the differences of perceptions and attitudes, and the main factors which effect residents’perceptions and attitudes toward tourism. This empirical study investigated residents in the Longji Terrace Scenic Spot. After factor analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis are conducted, the findings are as bellows: the residents there have strong perceptions toward positive impacts and have weak perceptions toward negative impacts and show much support toward tourism; local residents are grouped into positive supporters, neutrals and rational supporters; gender, education, nationality, sensations of social belonging, degree of contact with travelers and residents’ dependence on tourism are main factors which effect residents’perceptions and attitudes toward tourism. The new findings in this thesis are gender and nationality effect residents’perceptions and attitudes toward tourism. The writer also provides corresponding suggestions for tourism development at Longji Terrace Scenic Spot based on the study conclusions.
