中文摘要:进入知识经济时代,知识成为企业最重要的资产,组织知识与组织能力成为决定组织竞争力的重要因素。在竞争日益激烈的外部环境下,企业对于知识管理的重视显得尤为重要。对于制造业企业来说,新产品是企业的未来,研发项目团队作为企业新产品开发部门,拥有企业重要的知识资源,同时也成为企业知识管理的重要主体之一。项目团队通过企业知识资产进行管理来提高组织创造力和新产品开发绩效,进而增强企业竞争力成为项目团队项目管理活动的重要部分。本文研究主旨在于通过对于项目团队知识管理问题的分析,探讨项目团队推行知识管理的方式。 本文从理论研究和案例分析两个方面对于项目团队的知识管理进行研究,理论研究部分:通过对于国内外文献的查阅和整理,确定对于项目团队知识管理的分析方向,建立研究框架。案例分析方面:主要采取问卷调查的方式,对于M集团研发项目团队知识管理制约因素进行探讨,结合项目团队的特点,针对项目活动中知识管理问题进展开分析,同时,对于项目团队开展知识管理的模式进行研究,期望得出具有应用型的研究成果,为制造业项目团队推动知识管理提供参考。 本文在对项目管理,项目组织理论和知识管理理论进行回顾的基础上,对于项目团队和组织结构特征进行分析,同时对于项目团队知识管理的问题种类进行界定,以M集团项目研发团队的知识管理活动为例,对于制约项目团队知识管理的因素进行分析,为M集团项目团队推行知识管理提出应对方法,同时为其他项目团队提供借鉴。  
英文摘要:With the emerging of Knowledge-based Economy, Knowledge has become the most critical Assets of enterprise. Organizational knowledge and Organizational capability is considered as decisive factor of organization competitiveness. To be a winner in violent competition, enterprise must put emphasis upon knowledge management. For those enterprises engaging in manufacturing, new product is the future of enterprise. New product development team undertakes the task of product development. Since knowledge asset was held by new product development team, they play an important role in knowledge management. By means of knowledge management, Organizational creativity and organizational performance can be improved. Enhance organization competitiveness turn into target of project management activities. The purpose of this study is, through analyzing of problem in project management activities, to investigate the mode of implementing knowledge management. Regarding knowledge management, research of this thesis is carried out from two aspects: theoretical research and case study. Theoretical research is based on literature review and analysis. The purpose is to build the analytical framework for knowledge management activities of new product development team. In Case study, questionnaire survey is adopted to investigate the constraint of knowledge management in M Group new product development team. In line with feature of new product development team, analyze the problem in knowledge management and research mode of implementing knowledge management. In expect to get some application-oriented result, this study will provide some reference for knowledge management of propelling new product development team. The literature review contains project management, project organization and knowledge management. With analysis of feature of new product development team and organizational structure, define the type of problem during knowledge management activities. Taking the knowledge management activities of M group new product development team as an example, this thesis analyzes constrains of knowledge management and proposes corresponding solution for promote knowledge management. Besides, this thesis tries to put forward some lessons about knowledge management activities for other project team.
