| 中文摘要: | 改革开放30多年来,我国汽车工业取得快速发展,汽车产量由1978年的15万辆增加到2012年的1927万辆。特别是近十多年来随着汽车技术的发展和轿车走进家庭,汽车行业得到了爆炸性的快速发展。汽车行业的快速发展,带动了相关行业如钢铁、石油等的快速发展。汽车行业对促进经济增长有很强的拉动作用,因此国家已经把汽车产业作为支柱产业进行发展。汽车的发展,除了技术的进步外,还需要标准法规的跟进以及政府和行业服务的能力的匹配,缺少了政府的有效监管,汽车行业的将会进入无序的混乱状态。 Z汽车研究公司是为汽车行业和国家政府部门提供技术支撑和服务,目前已经形成了一定的规模与能力。作为一家国有企业,在完成国资委下达的经济目标和社会责任的同时,企业也在思考在快速发展的环境中把企业做大做强。企业想要做大做强并保持可持续发展,就必须制定长远的发展战略,来作为指导企业前进的思路和方针,为企业指明方向。 在本文研究中首先分析了选题的背景和意义、研究的方法以及内容,为了研究的需要对相关的理论进行回顾。接下来对Z汽车研究公司所处的宏观环境进行PEST分析、对行业竞争环境进行五力模型分析,并且分析了企业外部环境的机会和挑战。对企业内部环境进行了企业资源和能力的分析,并且对Z汽车研究公司的竞争优势、劣势进行分析和归纳,为企业发展战略的选择提供理论基础支持。根据Z汽车研究公司的企业使命、愿景和价值观,在SWOT分析的基础分析了公司战略选择的总体方针和原则。针对不同的业务类型提出了各自的发展战略,为了保证战略的顺利实施,提出了在制度、人力资源和管理方面所采取的战略保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With 30 years of reforming and opening up, China's automobile industry achieved rapid development, automobile production increased from 150,000 in 1978 to 19,270,000 in 2012.Especially over the past decade with the development of automobile technology and car entering into the family, the automotive industry has been explosively rapid development. The rapid development of the automotive industry led the rapid development of related industries, such as steel, oil and other. Automotive industry to promote economic growth has a strong stimulating effect, so the country has put the automotive industry as a pillar industry for development. In addition to advance in technology, vehicle development needs to follow standards and regulations as well as the ability of government and industry service matching. The lack of effective government regulation, the automotive industry will enter disorderly chaos. Z Automobile Research Company provides technical supports and services for government departments and the national vehicle industry, and has formed a certain scale and capacity. As a state-owned enterprise, the SASAC issued the completion of economic goals and social responsibility at the same time, companies are thinking in the context of the rapid development of enterprises bigger and stronger. Companies want to become bigger and stronger and keep sustainable development, so we must develop a long term development strategy to guide the business forward as ideas and guidelines for corporate direction. In this paper analyzes the topics of the background and significance, also analyzes the research methods and contents. At the same time, it reviews the relevant theory in order to meet the need of research. Next, it analysis Z company’s macro environment through PEST analysis, the industry challenges environment through five forces competitive mode, the opportunities and threats of the external environment. Through the analysis of resources and capabilities of enterprise internal environment, the analysis and summary of competitive strengths and weaknesses, it provides the basis support of enterprise development strategic choices. According to the results of SWOT analysis of Z company, it raises the principles of strategic choices based on the company mission、vision and values. This paper puts forward different development strategies for different business types. In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the strategy, the paper puts forward the strategic security measurements taken in the system, human resources and management. | |
