中文摘要: | 在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,企业之间的竞争已经变成其供应链之间的竞争,如何能够使供应链更加高效开始成为企业高层越来越重视的话题。本文针对供应链管理中的供应商选择评估进行深入研究和实践,致力于通过科学有效的评估方法为企业选择出最适合且最有优势的供应商,从而整合优化供应资源,从根本上提升供应链的竞争力。本文先研究了供应商管理的相关理论以及前人的成果,并对AAA公司现有的供应商选择评估现状进行了分析,同时发现了诸多问题。然后通过理论结合实际开始对流程进行重新构建,将原有的单一评估分为两大部分,即新供应商选择评估和现有供应商评估两个流程。针对新供应商选择评估本文从确定备选供应商、制定评估指标、设立指标权重和最终评估打分这4个步骤详细阐述了流程建立的全过程,其中用到了层次分析法等理论和方法;针对现有供应商评估本文又有针对性地建立了与新供应商选择完全不同的指标和权重,同时利用专家评价法进行打分,最后根据结果对供应商进行分类管理。本文创建的新的供应商评估体系是AAA公司的供应商评估有针对性地分为新供应商和现有供应商两个维度,使评估架构更加清晰明确,同时在指标和权重设计中充分考虑内外部客户的实际需求,新供应商评估的动态与现有供应商评的静态相结合,新供应商评估的过程导向和现有供应商评估的结果导向相结合,真正做到了针对性强,评估结果客观详实能够指导企业下一步的决策,最后通过供应商分类管理实现了供应商评估对供应商战略管理的指导意义。本文的研究达到了将供应商选择评估理论应用到实际企业活动中的目的,为AAA公司重建流程的同时,也总结出了一些供应商选择评估的方法,为企业如何科学有效地进行供应商选择和评估起到了一定的参考和借鉴作用。 | |
英文摘要: | In the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, the competition between enterprises has become the competition between supply chains, how can you make supply chain more efficient began to become executives pay more and more attention to the topic. The supplier selection evaluation of supply chain management, this paper in-depth study and practice, through scientific and effective evaluation method for enterprises to select out the best and the most advantage of suppliers, to integrate optimizing supply resources, fundamentally enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain. This artical first studies the related supplier management theory and the results of other researchers, and supplier selection evaluation of AAA company existing status was analyzed, and found many problems at the same time.
