| 中文摘要： | 作为抢先战略核心内容之一的先动优势是当前国际学术界的前沿论题，作 为一个交叉研究领域，它以经济学学科中的产业经济学为基础，同时涉及工商管理学科中的战略管理、市场营销等；而企业抢先是在企业实践中被广泛关注的一种现象。本文主要从企业战略的角度，基于先动优势讨论了企业抢先战略的总体概念、构成因素和风险防范，目的在于更好的树立企业抢先战略的范畴并提出建设性理论框架。 本文首先对抢先战略和先动优势理论进行了系统的回顾和归纳，整合理论 模型。抢先战略的一个主要目标是获得先动优势，但是并不局限于此，因此本文随后探讨了抢先战略的整体概念和主导逻辑范式，包括绩效与风险表现、战略先应性和竞争的时基准则。本文的一个主体部分是抢先战略构成因素分析，围绕着外部资源先占、内部资源先占和主导权争夺展开。最后，本文给出了抢先战略面临的一些风险的识别与防范手段，认为主要应该从后动优势角度考虑抢先战略风险。 本文采用了文献回顾、比较分析和理论规范分析的研究方法，创新性地发 展了企业抢先战略的理论内涵，对于企业实践具有一定的指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要： | First-Mover Advantage (FMA) is a frontier proposition in current international academia. As an overlapping research field, it is based on industrial economics, meanwhile related to marketing and strategy management in the science of business management. At the same time, Corporate Pioneering of business operation attracts lots of attention in society. This thesis explores the comprehensive concept, fundamental elements and related risks of Corporate Pioneering Strategy (CPS) based on FMA and from a strategy management perspective, aiming at preparing a better construction of CPS theoretical system and building a solid platform for further theoretical and practical development. Firstly, this thesis reviews the FMA and CPS theory systematically in order to draw a conclusion and integrate the theoretical framework. Although one chief goal of CPS is to achieve FMA, it is not the only one, and that is why this thesis argues about the overall concept and dominant inside logic of CPS furthermore. After considering the CPS performance, proactive logic and time-based principles of competition, this thesis discusses the constructive elements of CPS, in terms of outside resource preemption, inside resource preemption and priority contest. Finally, this thesis identifies some risks of this strategy and recommends several techniques helping avoid them. This thesis adopts research methods of literature review, comparison analysis and standard theoretical deduction. It develops the CPS academic category innovatively, and could have some significance in the corporate practice. | |
