中文摘要:自二十世纪七十年代Kyriacout和Sutcliffe首次发表文章提出教师工作压力的概念以来,教师工作压力就一直是一个重要的课题。新世纪以来,随着社会的发展和一系列教育改革政策的付诸实施,中学教师正经历着新旧观念激烈碰撞所带来的挑战和发展要求,在新的形势下,教师的压力问题日益凸显。在新的形式背景下探索压力源问题尤为重要。本文试图综合考虑新形势下的压力影响因素,并就研究结果,结合压力管理的理论和人力资源管理的思想,对于学校管理提出建议。本研究的主要内容如下: 本论文的第一章,主要介绍了论文的研究背景、研究目的和研究思路。 本论文的第二章,主要介绍了工作压力、教师工作压力的理论与相关研究。 本论文的第三章,主要介绍了研究设计与实施,包括研究模型与假设、变量的定义与测度、样本选取及分析方法选择等几个部分。 本论文的第四章,主要介绍了研究结果以及对于此结果所做出的讨论。 本论文的第五章,基于实证研究的结果,得出本研究的研究结论,并结合压力管理的相关理论,提出了中学教师的压力管理的建议,最后指明本研究的创新与不足,以及未来的研究方向。 本研究回顾了压力、工作压力、教师工作压力和职业倦怠的相关理论,结合教师工作压力来源的已有实证研究结果以及工作压力与职业倦怠的实证结果,提出本研究的理论模型:社会和学校因素是中学教师的工作压力来源,个体因素调解工作压力的感知,工作压力与职业倦怠有积极的正相关关系。在实证分析部分,本研究以安徽省歙县地区中学教师为研究对象,对歙县城区和周边区域的八所中学实施问卷调查。接着,根据回收问卷,利用spss13.0软件进行分析,通过描述性统计分析、T检验和方差分析检验、相关性分析、多元回归分析等考察变量间的关系程度。 本研究的研究结果如下:在工作压力的六个维度中,工作负荷的工作压力感受程度最大。当前我国中小学教师的职业倦怠的整体水平不高,在职业倦怠三个维度中,情感衰竭尤为严重,这与国内同类研究的结果一致。个人特征变量对工作压力的调节效应并不显著,各项特征变量的影响程度差异化明显。职业倦怠的情感衰竭维度、去个性化维度与工作压力的各个维度均显著正相关,低成就感维度只与工作压力的工作负荷维度显著负相关。 教师工作压力的缓解需要社会、学校和个人三方面的努力,本文侧重从学校管理方面提出压力管理的策略,从招聘、评价、培训、职业发展等方面提出教师压力管理的措施,以期对学校管理提供一定的指导,也希望能将研究结果应用于企业压力管理方面。 
英文摘要:In 1970s, Kyriacout and Sutcliffe proposed the definition of teachers'job stress. From then on, teachers stress is always a topic concerned of the world. In 21st century, with the development of society, and a series of education reform policies being put into practice, particularly the new curriculum reform implementation, Secondary school teachers are experiencing the development requirements and the challenges brought about by fierce collision between old and new concepts. Under the new situation, the pressure on teachers issue has become increasingly prominent. In the context of exploring new sources of stress it is particularly important issue. Therefore, this paper attempts to consider the new situation integrated pressure influencing factors and results of the study, the combination of stress management theory and the ideology of human resources management, management of the schools to make recommendations. The main contents of this study are as follows: Chapter 1 of this thesis introduces the thesis research background, the purpose of the study and research ideas. Chapter 2 of this thesis mainly introduces job stress, theory of teachers'job stress and related research. Chapter 3 of this thesis mainly introduces the study design and implementation, including research structure, assumptions,study samples, research tools and data processing. Chapter 4 of this thesis mainly introduces the research findings and the results made for this discussion. Chapter 5 of this thesis, based on the results of empirical research, this study reached the conclusion of the study. By combination of stress management and the related theory, this study recommends the management of secondary school teachers'job stress. Finally this paper specified in the final innovation, inadequate, and the future direction of the study. This study reviewed the pressure, stress, work pressure and vocational teacher burnout related theory, with the empirical research findings, as well as work stress and burnout of empirical results, the theoretical model of this study was proposed. Empirical analysis in this study to secondary school teachers in Shexian county of Anhui Province for the study. I use descriptive statistical analysis,T testing and analysis of variance testing,relevance testing, regression analysis to check the relation among variables. Results of this study are as follows: Of the six dimensions of work pressure, the pressure of work load is the most serious job stressor. The overall level of occupational burnout is not high. Of the three dimensions, the emotional exhaustion is particularly serious. The adjustment effect between personal characteristics and the job pressure is not significant. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization correlates to dimensions of the various dimensions of work pressure significantly. Diminished personal accomplishment correlates to dimensions of the various dimensions of work pressure insignificantly. According to the results of the study, the type of project is similar to previous study. However, the degree of importance of the various projects is different. This shows that the study on different samples of teachers'job stress is different. Teachers need to ease the job stress by the efforts of society, schools and individuals. From the perspective of the school management, this paper proposes stress management strategy, hoping to help the management of school.
