中文摘要:消费金融是对消费行为进行的融资信贷服务,其直接涉及人们日常生活的很多方面,与社会经济发展息息相关。它在中国的产生与发展同我国社会经济发展水平的不断进步有着必然的联系,也反过来推动了社会经济的发展和人民消费水平的提高。消费金融公司业务的不断发展是其实现规模效益,提高服务品质和降低产品价格的重要保障。 公司业务拓展策略是公司整体战略的重要组成部分,公司战略理论是研究公司业务拓展的理论基础,本文对于消费金融业务拓展理论的研究,也是基于公司整体战略思路和理论而开展的。国外消费金融市场的发展及经验是我们研究和学习的重要内容,消费金融行业在不同的国家发展情况各不相同,而在中国,由于该行业的发展时间相对较短,而且整体发展水平也较低,这些都导致了中国的消费金融行业有着其独特性。这些问题和特点都在不通程度上影响着行业的发展以及消费金融企业的业务拓展。 消费金融行业的普遍性规律与我国消费金融行业的特殊性结合起来,形成了中国的消费金融市场。本文研究了主要消费金融公司的发展状况,针对其各自的发展情况,分析其在公司发展及业务拓展方面采取的策略及取得的成就,对消费金融试点进行了客观的评价。 在消费金融试点工作顺利开展的基础上,我国的消费金融公司不断开拓市场,抓住发展时机,在几年的时间中取得了让人瞩目的进展。CFC消费金融公司是参与试点的企业之一,其在天津的成立和发展,特别是其在业务拓展过程中展现出的灵活的策略,对于消费金融行业而言是一个典型的代表,为其他消费金融公司以及新的消费金融公司的成立和发展提供实例模型和建议。 本文从业务拓展的角度,结合企业发展战略的基本理论,针对中国消费金融行业的特殊性,对消费金融行业和消费金融公司的发展进行分析并提供建议,同时采用实例研究的方法,关注中国消费金融市场的起步与发展,分析归纳消费金融试点的经验,对未来消费金融行业如何健康发展,以及消费金融公司如何有效的拓展自身业务、抢占市场份额提供了建议。 
英文摘要:Consumer Finance provides loans and financing services for consuming behaviors, it involves many aspects of everyday life and deeply related with social economy development. It emerges and develops with the development of our social economy’s continuous improvement, and in return it drives this improvement and people’s consuming standard. The successive development of consumer finance company’s business is an important guarantee for achieving its scale merit, improving service quality and reducing product price. The strategy of business development is an important part of a company’s overall strategy, these company strategy theories are the theoretical foundation of the study for company business development. The study on the business development theories in this article is also based on the strategic thinking and theories of company overall strategy. The development and experience of abroad consumer finance market is an important object that we should study and learn from, the contacts of consumer finance industry in different countries are different, while in China as this industry is still new and less developed, this all leads to the unique characteristics of consumer finance industry in China. These problems and factors affect the development of this industry and finance company’s business. The universal rules and the unique characteristics of China’s consumer finance industry combine to form China’s consumer finance industry. This article studied the development conditions of these pilot companies and analyzed their business development strategy and also their achievements, and tried to provide an objective appraisal. Our pilot consumer finance companies took the opportunity to develop business and market share, and made remarkable achievements within years of development based on the government pilot program. CFC consumer finance company is one of the pilot companies, which was established in Tianjin, provides business model and advices for the establishment and development of other and new consumer finance companies. From the business development point of view, based on the principle theories of business development and considering the unique characteristics of the consumer finance industry in China, this article analyzed the consumer finance industry and provided advices for the development of consumer finance company, and by paying close attention to the consumer finance market’s startup and development, analyzing and concluding the experience of industry pilot, it provides advices and solutions for the healthy development of future consumer finance industry and how to develop business and occupy more market share effectively.
