中文摘要: | 人力资源是企业发展的源动力和第一资源,是企业的核心竞争力。随着网络化和信息技术的飞速发展,传统的人力资源管理已由手工管理模式逐渐向新型的信息化管理模式转变。信息化技术的发展和在管理领域的应用,丰富和发展了原有人力资源管理的内容和技术,也极大影响和改变着人力资源管理理念与方式。 SH集团为使企业的管理进一步现代化、标准化、科学化,实现现代企业管理的整体建设,对传统的人力资源管理模式进行了改革,引进了包括E-HR的信息化管理方式。经过一年多的使用和推进,集团的人力资源管理理念和方法得到了迅速的更新,促进了人力资源管理水平的提升。但是,在新型信息技术为基础的管理方式引进过程中,也会引起一系列困难和问题,不仅对企业管理提出了更高要求,管理实践要求管理手段更丰富和更科学,同时,人力资源管理是以人为对象的管理职能,有其独特性。单纯依靠引进新技术是无法真正实现管理效率的提高,也难以实现依靠人力资源管理获取企业竞争优势的战略目标。因此,E-HR的引进也需要全方位的系统管理变革和管理支持。 本文介绍了SH集团在信息化改革下的人力资源管理的探索和研究,运用科学理念与企业世纪相结合的分析方法,对集团现行E-HR系统进行了评价,找出了现行E-HR系统存在的一些问题,包括在管理流程、统计分析、绩效考核、员工培训等管理运用方面的缺陷。探讨如何通过进一步优化流程和系统设计来达到最佳的管理效果,真正促进该集团公司人力资源管理的现代化和信息化建设。 本论文是对一个涵盖多个行业、拥有十几家分子公司的大型国有企业的电子化人力资源管理系统的建立、运行效果、问题分析的基础上提出改进建议,相信研究结论对案例公司的E-HR系统改进有所帮助,对相关企业也有参考和借鉴作用。 | |
英文摘要: | Human resources is the source power and primary resource of each enterprise, is the core competitiveness of enterprises. With the development of information andnetwork technology, human resources management has transformed from the traditional manual management mode to the new information management. The development of information technology and application in the field of management, enrich and develop the content andtechnique of the original human resources management, and also greatly affect and change the ideas and methods of human resources management. In order to make the enterprise management more modernization, standardization and scientific, to realize the overall construction of the modern enterprise management,SH Group carried on a revolutionto the traditional mode of human resources management, import theinformationize scientific management. Through the use of more than one year, the concepts and methods of human resources management of the group has been rapidly improved. At the same time, the introduction of new methods of management raises higher requirementsto the management, management practice asks for more rich and scientific to management method. This dissertation introduces the exploration and research of human resources management of SH Group in the information system,using the idea of science and the analysis of reality, evaluate the existing E-HR system, and put forward the improvement proposal. In the study,this paper raises some problems existing in the original system, as well as some imperfection in the management process, statistical analysis, performance evaluation, staff training and other aspects. In this paper, the implementation of E-HR system and improvement are described and explained, hoping to provide meaningful reference and using the E-HRmanagement system to the plan of the enterprise, provides the support for the practice and theory study in the future,and help enterprises to improve the efficiency and level ofhuman resource management, improve the performance of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. | |
