中文摘要：	饲料加工企业作为饲料供应链各环节中的核心企业，其加工成本直接影响着养殖业的养殖成本，进而影响着最终消费品肉、蛋、奶的消费成本。从饲料原料构成分析，豆粕是饲料原料中最重要的植物蛋白来源，约占饲料原料总采购金额的30%左右，对于饲料成本影响显著。因此，对于饲料行业而言，豆粕的采购管理逐渐被提升到了战略性位置。本文通过对DFA集团豆粕采购管理的研究，一方面预期了解和分析DFA集团豆粕采购管理的现状，另一方面试图对于现行DFA集团豆粕采购管理探索更为合理的管理模式，从而使得研究具有理论和现实意义。 基于文献分析和实证分析相结合研究方法的指导，本文就DFA集团豆粕采购管理进行探讨和分析，得出如下结论： 首先，针对于豆粕库存管理，归纳得出两种豆粕采购管理模式，包括：行情驱动型豆粕采购库存管理模式和销量驱动型豆粕采购库存管理模式。 其次，针对于豆粕成本管理，得出了基于行情驱动的成本管理模式，同时也就其他因素影响下豆粕成本管理给出了具体化的分析和建议。 再次，针对于豆粕供应商管理，认为地缘性因素是豆粕供应商的选择首要因素，豆粕供应商关系管理是建立在有效的供应商绩效考核的基础上。 最后，针对于豆粕采购风险管理，分析得出价格风险和计划风险是豆粕采购作业过程中面临的最为显著，影响最大的风险，并探索性的提出了规避豆粕采购风险的建议。
英文摘要：	As the core business in the feed supply chain, feed industry’s processing cost has dramatically effect on aquaculture industry, and finally effect on consumers. Basing on analysis of feed raw materials, we could get the fact that soybean meal is a crucial important sourcing of plant protein, accounting for nearly 30% in total spending. As a result, procurement management on soybean meal has been positioned on Strategic Sourcing for feed industry. By analysis, there are two questions needed to be solved. On the one hand, the current situation of soybean meal procurement management in DFA group should be found out and analyzed. On another hand, the results from this issue should be of guide functions for DFA group to some extent. This issue would follow the study methods combining theoretical research with empirical research. Basing on above analysis methods, this issue gives us some conclusions listed as below: First, regarding to the inventory management, the issue concludes two inventory management models, one of which is based on soybean market conditions, another of which is based on the characters of feed sale activity. Second, regarding to the cost management, the issue concludes purchasing cost saving model which is based on the market conditions. Third, regarding to the supplier management, the issue holds the perspective that the geological factor is crucial important for the supplier choice and development. Supplier relationship management is based on supplier performance assessment. At last, regarding to the risk management, this issue holds the perspective that price risk and plan risk is the most remarkable risk for the soybean meal procurement.
