中文摘要:在经济全球化的进程中,跨国公司发挥着越来越重要的作用。跨国公司通过直接投资等方式实施其全球战略。设立海外子公司来增强其在全球范围的竞争力已经成为跨国公司拓展海外市场的一个重要方式。在跨国投资和企业国际化经营的推动下,跨国公司海外子公司的战略管理研究已成为当今战略管理研究的一个热点领域。跨国公司全球战略和跨国公司母子关系理论的研究中关于如何实现海外子公司战略的正确定位,并将其顺利的付诸执行这一课题倍受学术界的关注。本文借鉴跨国直接投资理论和战略管理理论,对当前跨国管理和海外子公司战略管理的文献进行系统的归纳和总结,分析了跨国公司海外子公司的战略管理模式,并从战略执行的角度探讨如何实现子公司的战略定位以及如何有效的将子公司的战略付诸实施等问题。 论文从研究跨国公司总部视角到子公司视角的转换入手,首先从跨国公司母子公司关系的角度切入,探讨在跨国公司全球战略制定和实施的过程中,母公司和子公司相互作用的不同类型及作用机制,分析子公司战略地位的演变过程;其次是子公司如何实现自己的战略定位,主要是从海外子公司的战略执行能力出发,对战略性资源要素的支持作用进行分析。 论文分为七章,第一章介绍论文的研究方法、研究内容和研究框架;第二章对跨国公司母子关系的理论进行了系统的归纳和整理;第三章对跨国公司海外子公司的战略管理现状进行分析和总结;第四章对与海外子公司战略定位和战略选择的各个因素进行分析;第五章对海外子公司的战略定位和战略执行模式进行阐释,详细论述该模式中母子公司战略制定及战略定位的相互影响机制;并从子公司战略执行的角度分析如何通过战略性资源的支持来实现子公司的战略选择。第六章是海外子公司战略管理策略,第七章提出了本文的创新点和今后进一步要关注和研究的课题。 论文从海外子公司战略定位和战略选择的角度切入进行研究,从海外子公司的战略管理实践出发,对子公司的战略性资源配置和战略执行进行了阐释,对正在努力进行跨国经营的中国企业具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。  
英文摘要:In the process of the economic globalization, Multinational Corporation is playing a more and more important role. The Multinational Corporation implements its global strategy through direct investment, etc. Setting up overseas subsidiary has already become an important way of increasing competitiveness during the process of expanding the global market. The research of MNC subsidiary company strategy management has already become the focus of strategy management research under the circumstance of foreign direct investment and enterprise's internationalization. Study on MNC global strategy and theory of the relationship between parent company and the subsidiary company is developing fast. Especially the subject of how to combine overseas subsidiaries strategy management and MNC global strategy system receive much concern of the academia. Referring to the traditional FDI (foreign direct investment) theory and strategic management theory, this paper summarizes the theory of MNC management and strategic management of the overseas subsidiaries. The paper analyzes the strategic management models of the overseas subsidiaries of MNC. It attempts to analyze how to realize the strategic orientation of subsidiaries successfully and how to put the strategy of the subsidiaries into practice effectively from the perspective of the strategy implementation. The perspective has been transformed from headquarters centralizing into subsidiaries positioning. From the perspective of relationship between MNC parent company and subsidiary company, This paper has been analyzed the different types of interaction of parent company and subsidiary company , the mechanism of the interaction in the process of implementing of MNC global strategy. It analyses the development of the subsidiary strategic position and how to put its own strategy into practice. It tries to find the suitable interaction mechanism that the MNC oversea subsidiaries. Referring the theory of strategy implementation, this paper evaluates the ability of MNC subsidiary strategy implementing and the function of strategic resource. The writing structure is as follows: Chapter one includes the framework of this paper, research logic and concept definition etc. Chapter two is the summarization of the tradition theory and literature. Chapter three summarizes the strategy management current situation that MNC oversea subsidiaries face. Chapter four is the qualitative analysis of each factor that is correlated with MNC oversea subsidiaries strategic positioning. Chapter five is the core chapter of this paper. It has explained the Strategic Positioning Mode of the MNC overseas subsidiaries and proved the relationship between the strategic positioning and Strategic Implement. Especially, it deeply analyzes the configuration and development of strategic resources from the perspective of strategic management of MNC overseas subsidiaries. It also analyses the mechanism of increment competition advantage of parent company and how to realize the strategic choice of the subsidiary through the support of strategic resource. Chapter six is the tactics research of strategic management of MNC subsidiaries in China. The last part is the conclusion and suggestion. It has some possible innovation in theory summarization, because this paper unified the relevant theories together through the line of strategy implementation and MNC parent company and subsidiary company relation. This paper has a positive reference meaning to the Chinese enterprises making great efforts to carry on multinational management.
