| 中文摘要: | 面对企业内外情报呈现爆炸式增长的趋势,如何从中提取出对企业有用的关键情报是企业竞争情报系统所面临的一个挑战,企业竞争情报工作的分析能力与决策支持能力就更为重要。竞争情报既不是简单的数据罗列,也不是简单的数据组合,而是要加入创造性的加工分析,形成有价值的、能综合反映客观事物本质的情报产品和服务,辅助于企业的科学决策。Web数据挖掘作为一种新的商业信息处理技术,是解决企业竞争情报系统处理海量数据的关键。研究Web数据挖掘技术在企业竞争情报系统中的应用,已经成为当前一个具有重要理论意义和应用价值的研究课题。 本文一方面客观地分析了企业竞争情报系统的意义与作用,并且从系统论的角度阐释了企业竞争情报系统的含义,为引入Web数据挖掘技术提供了理论支持。另一方面,对Web数据挖掘进行了系统、详细地研究,逐一探讨了Web内容挖掘、Web结构挖掘、Web使用挖掘,并且分析了Web数据挖掘的研究应用,从而为基于Web数据挖掘的企业竞争情报系统构建提供了理论指导。然而,Web数据挖掘和企业竞争情报系统的结合不是简单地堆砌在一起,而是在可行性研究之后,把Web数据挖掘融入企业竞争情报系统的架构中,使之有机地结合在一起。 论文提供了基于Web数据挖掘的企业竞争情报系统的体系结构的详细设计,并且详细研究了系统中Web数据挖掘的过程。在此基础上,论文给出了系统体系结构的集成模式。论文采用循环分析方法进行基于Web数据挖掘的企业竞争情报系统需求分析,采用了截流汲取法进行数据收集。论文根据Web数据挖掘和企业竞争情报系统的要求,分为情报规划、情报收集、情报加工分析等功能模块,并且对企业竞争情报系统中的情报分析算法进行了详细设计,包括Web内容挖掘算法、Web结构挖掘算法、Web使用挖掘算法。同时对界面设计过程进行了分析研究,并最终完成了用户界面的设计。最后,论文给出了系统的数据库模型,并且给出了数据库设计的详细过程。 本文研究了Web数据挖掘在企业竞争情报系统中的应用,对Web数据挖掘和企业竞争情报系统这一交叉课题进行了研究,扩宽了企业竞争情报系统研究的背景。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Facing the explosive growth trends of enterprise inside and outside information, how to extract key information available to enterprises is the challenge Enterprise Competitive Intelligence SystemECIS) are faced with,and analysis ability and decision support ability of enterprises' competitive intelligence service are especially important. Competitive Intelligence is neither the simple enumeration of data nor the simple combination of data, but the process which applies the creative machining analysis, forms more valuable information products and information service which can reflect the essential characteristics of objective things comprehensively, assists scientific decision of enterprise. Web data mining which can be used as a kind of new treatment technology of business information is the key which solves mass data processing of Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System. Study on web data mining applied to Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System has become a significant research topic which has important theoretical and applied value. This paper objectively analyzes the significance and function of ECIS, defines and measures Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System from the perspective of the system theory, which is used to provide theoretical support for introducing web data mining technology. This paper studies web data mining systematically and detailedly, discusses web content mining, web structure mining and web usage mining one by one, and analyzes research and application of web data mining, thus for construction of ECIS based on web data mining providing a theoretical guidance. The combination of web data mining and ECIS is not simply packed, but organically integrates web data mining with ECIS through web data mining is merged into architecture of ECIS after feasible research. This paper designs architecture of ECIS based on web data mining, and studies the process of data mining in ECIS in detail. Basing on these, we put forward integrated system mode. The method of cyclic analyses is applied to requirement analysis phase of ECIS based on web data mining. The Method of Flow Capturing and Drawing(MFCD) will be used in data collection phase. In the phase of systems analysis, according to the requirement of web data mining and ECIS, ECIS based on web data mining is divided into functions such as information planning, information collection, information machining and analysis and so on. A detailed design of information analysis algorithm is presented in this paper, which includes algorithms based on web content mining, algorithms for web structure mining and algorithms based on web usage mining. Meanwhile, user interfaces are designed, and design process of system interface is analyzed. Finally database model is established, and database is designed. This paper investigates application of web data mining in ECIS, the cross topic about web data mining and ECIS is studied, research background of ECIS which expending the research fields of ECIS. | |
