中文摘要：	摘 要 烟草行业近年要求企业管理上水平，而要管理上水平，先进的管理工具与方法必不可少，不同的企业会根据自己的实际情况选择不同的发展方向。ERP是集人流、资金流、物流与信息流于一体的现代企业管理软件，将企业的各项资源整合在一个信息平台，从而实现了信息数据的标准化、业务流程的合理化及管理的持续改进。A烟草商业企业的ERP成功应用，对于ERP在烟草商业企业的推广性、创新性、实用性具有实践作用。本文重点研究ERP系统在烟草市级商业企业的运用情况，对经营、管理、财务等众多资源的集成利用情况，如何发挥企业的整体资源优势，提升烟草商业企业的管理水平。 A公司经过认真的准备，使企业具有一定的信息化水平，通过问卷调查发现，企业存在成本费用过高、流程繁琐、缺少决策管理功能等主要问题。企业财务部门现行使用用友财务软件，为减少投入，便于使用，企业选择使用用友ERP软件，在原有财务软件基础上，投入只要15万元，相对合理。根据企业存在的主要问题，A公司通过科学合理设计方案，并制定了计划执行推进时间表，科学实施ERP系统。通过ERP的实施，企业实现目标利润，费用得到有效的控制，投入产出效益明显，业务管理流程得到很大的优化，经济效益与管理效率明显提高，基本实现了物流费用、管理费用、经营费用及库存的减少，同时使客户满意度、员工综合素质和数据分析应用能力得到提升，达到了企业的预期目标，提升了企业的现代化管理水平。A公司在ERP的实施过程中，也发现ERP的不足之处，并加以完善改进，从而提高ERP的实用性，合理配置企业资源，实现企业效益的最优化。
英文摘要：	Abstract In recent years, the tobacco industry requires business management level, and on the level you want to manage, advanced management tools and methods is essential that different companies will choose according to their actual situation different direction. ERP is a set of people, capital flow, logistics and information flow in one of the modern enterprise management software, enterprise resource integration in one of the information platform, enabling information and data standardization, rationalization of business processes and management of continuous improvement. A successful tobacco business Corporate ERP application, the ERP in the promotion of tobacco commercial enterprise, innovation, practicality with practical effect. This paper focuses on the ERP system in the use of tobacco municipal business enterprise situation, the management, administration, finance and many other integrated utilization of resources, how to play the company's overall resources, enhance the management level of the tobacco business enterprises. A company, after careful preparation , so that enterprises have a certain level of information through a survey found that companies exist cost is too high, the process cumbersome , lack of decision-making management functions and other major issues . A company in the ERP implementation process, also found inadequacies of ERP and be refined and improved , thereby increasing the practicality of ERP , rational allocation of corporate resources to achieve optimal business benefits .
