中文摘要:在现代市场竞争日趋激烈的环境下,企业需要不断调整优化自身的管理制度来适应时代的发展。其中库存管理一直是企业运营管理中非常重要的一部分。现今企业已经逐渐撇弃传统的单一化库存管理模式,转而采用现今的供应链管理模式以满足对库存管理的需要。所以如何改进现有公司的库存管理制度,提高效率,减少费用,对减少企业的运营成本,提高企业的核心竞争力有着决定性的作用。本文首先介绍了库存管理在国内外的研究和应用现状。从库存管理的定义和作用入手,介绍了研究库存管理的意义和依据。然后分别介绍和分析了物料需求计划,库存管理模式等可以影响企业库存管理的策略的定义及适用性。同时也简要介绍了现今较为流行的供应商管理库存模式的概念及其特点。 Y公司作为世界上较大的工业香料生产商,在逐步提高自身产能竞争力的同时,也遇到了生产成本尤其是库存成本过高,效率低下的瓶颈。本文以Y公司为例,具体分析了该公司现在所处的市场环境及在库存管理中遇到的问题及产生这些问题的原因。介绍了新的现行库存管理制度的制定和执行情况。详细阐述了该企业在企业内部流程的改进和外部采购策略的实施两方面进行改进的过程和成果。并从中指出了尚需改进的不足之处,进而提出了相应的改进措施。在采购策略的分析和研究中,本文亦将重点放在了VMI这种模式之上,旨在强调战略合作的大供应链策略是今后每一个企业的库存管理发展方向。在对库存管理模式的研究中,我们强调了企业应该处理好自身内部的库存管理模式,将自身的生产策略及库存策略标准化。企业必须首先建立适当的库存管理模式,以保证先进的采购策略付诸于实施。同时企业应该着眼于供应链环境的大背景之下进行相应的变革,突出了企业之间战略合作的重要性。本文的研究成果可为企业,尤其是化工企业的库存管理模式的制订与改进提供参考。 
英文摘要:In the modern market environment which has increasingly fierce competition, the enterprises need adjusting their own management system constantly to keep up with the times. And the inventory management has always been a very important part of the enterprise management. Nowadays, enterprise has gradually changed to the supply chain management instead the traditional inventory management to meet the development requirement. So a good way to improve the company’s inventory management system, improve the efficiency, reduce costs will be a decisive role to enhance the core competition of enterprise. In this paper, we introduce the study and research status at home and abroad firstly. Then we introduce the research significance of inventory management which based on the definition and function of it. Next we introduce and analyses the material requirements planning, inventory management model and so on which can affect the definition and applicability of enterprise inventory management strategy. And we also briefly introduce the concept of vendor managed inventory model and its characteristics. The company Y is one of the largest industrial perfume manufacturers in the world. When the company get the great chance to develop gradually, it also meet some bottleneck such as production cost, especially the inventory cost is too high. In this paper, with company Y as an example, we analyze its market environment and the cause of the inventory management problems. Then we introduce the formulation and implementation of the new current inventory management system. And we also elaborated the process improvement and implementation of the internal process and external sourcing. Finally we point out the deficiencies which still need to improve, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. And we also focus on the VIM model to improve the inventory management. It is mean to emphasis on strategic cooperation of supply chain strategy is the future development direction of every enterprise. In this paper, we emphasized the enterprise should handle its own internal inventory management mode and standardization its production and inventory strategy. Only after the company have an appropriate inventory management mode, it only can make the advanced purchase strategy into implementation. At the same time, the enterprise also should do corresponding changes under the background of supply chain environment. They must focus the relationship under the strategic cooperation with other companies. The result of this article can provide reference and help to the enterprise, especially the chemical enterprise which wants to improve their inventory management model.
