| 中文摘要: | 本文在美国次贷危机影响全球经济,特别是给世界各国的金融行业带来冲击的大背景下,针对商业银行经营风险加剧的情况,基于平衡计分卡绩效评价理论和商业银行的经营业务特点,通过商业银行平衡计分卡绩效评价体系的构建,从战略的角度对商业银行的绩效评价进行了较为系统的探索。本文首先对于国内外商业银行的绩效评价研究进展进行了回顾,并分析了目前学术界对于商业银行绩效评价的研究现状,从而为本文的绩效评价体系的构建奠定了理论研究基础。通过比较分析的方法,对被学术界认可的主要绩效评价方法进行了对比,从而发现平衡计分卡的绩效评价方法具有非财务衡量方法之间的平衡,长期目标与短期目标之间的平衡,外部和内部的平衡,结果和过程平衡,管理业绩和经营业绩的平衡的特点,能够保证企业战略实施的一致性和有效性。在此基础上,本文基于平衡计分卡的传统四维度指标体系,结合商业银行的经营特点和金融危机影响尚未消除的大背景,加入经营风险控制维度,构建了基于平衡计分卡的青岛银行的绩效评价体系。为了验证评价体系的科学性和可行性,本文以青岛银行Q支行作为研究对象,通过层次分析的方法确定指标体系的权重值,并依据青岛银行BSC战略地图,实施战略调整,利用青岛银行Q支行2011年和2012年的相关指标数据,对该行的经营绩效进行了评价,验证了本文评价体系的有效性。最后,基于人力资源管理和经营环境的考虑对绩效评价体系进行完善,在此基础上提出了PEPL循环模型,从而对我国商业银行经营绩效的持续改善提供了参考和指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the background of the US subprime mortgage Crisis impact, especially shocked the finance industries all over the world seriously,specifically to the condition that business risk of commercial banks arise, this thesis constructs a BSC performance evaluation system, based on BSC performance evaluation theory and operational characteristics of commercial banks, so to provide guidance and reference to commercial banks performance evaluation from strategy perspective. Firstly, the thesis reviews the studies on commercial banks performance evaluation at home and abroad. In addition, it analyzes the commercial banks performance evaluation current situation. Consequently, it lays the foundation for the construction of commercial banks performance evaluation. Through comparative analysis, the thesis introduces the principal domestic and overseas commercial banks performance evaluation methods. And the advantage of BSC performance evaluation includes:the balance of financial performance and non- financial performance,the balance of long-term objectives and short-term objectives,the balance of interior and exterior,the balance of result and process,the balance of management performance and operational performance. Combination of the theory studies, according to the operational characteristics of commercial banks and the background of finance crisis, the tesis constructs a commercial banks performance evaluation system with adding a business risk control dimension. In order to confirm the feasibility of performance evaluation system, the thesis does a case study on Q sub-branch of Qingdao commercial bank. And it adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to indicator weight of performance evaluation system, selecting the Q sub-branch of Qingdao commercial bank 2011 and 2012 indicators data, evaluates its business performance based on BSC performance evaluation system, and gets some useful conclusions. Finally, with the consideration of human resource management and business environment, improves the performance evaluation system, and constructs the PEPL model to provide a reference and guidance for the continual improvement of Chinese commercial banks operating performance. | |
