中文摘要:富瑞公司大型磷肥生产装置是中国第一套配套完整的大型磷肥生产装置,也是中国第一套大型国产化示范生产装置,此装置的建成投产,开创了磷肥集中生产,基地化生产的新时代。本文以富瑞公司大型磷肥生产装置为研究背景,研究大型磷肥装置生产效率提升面临的问题,总结提出了生产效率发挥的关键以及可持续发展的思路。针对大型磷肥生产的原料面临的问题进行深入分析,提出磷矿分级利用和规模性低品位磷矿开发利用,解决好原料问题是大型磷肥生产装置效益持续发挥的一个根本性策略。针对生产工艺问题采取系统性关联问题研究的方法,提出操作人员的操作技能、产品结构、现场的精细化管理、大型生产装置的协同性、热能及水的综合利用等是资源利用效能最大化的重要方面以及解决的策略。针对大型磷肥产业信息化带动工业化,工业化促进信息化的“两化融合”的研究,提出了开发适用于磷肥生产管理的信息网络及专业化适用信息技术及软件,开发适用于大型磷肥生产经营高效管理的信息技术和软件,信息技术的进步和创新是带动大型磷肥生产持续发展、持续赢得市场共生关系。针对磷肥生产装置经济性规模发挥采用优选的研究方法,从工艺技术、设备制造水平,产品的经济性成本、综合资源利用水平、原材料的地域优势、投资经济性等优选大型磷肥生产装置的经济性规模,分析总结了规模效益的发挥,提出磷肥行业可借鉴经济性规模。 关键词: 大型磷肥 生产效率 资源利用 工艺改进 
英文摘要:The phosphate fertilizer plant under Furui Chemical Co. is the first complete set of large-scale phosphate fertilizer plant in China as well as the first demonstration home-made plant, which initiated a new era of centralized and base-orientedphosphate fertilizer production since its completion of the whole construction and putting into commercial operation. This paper is based its discussing background on Furui large-scale phosphate fertilizer plant to tackle issues hindered the promotion of production efficiency by summarizing previous experiences collected and putting forward a renewal developing phylosophy and the key to rejuvenate production efficiency. As far as raw materials problem during the process of phosphate fertilizer production is concerned, a deep analysis is made and a philosophy is produced to make use of the phosphate ore according to different grade and to tap into low grade phosphorite in large scale. A good solution to raw materials issue is a critical strategy for exerting constant positive influence on efficiency of large-scale fertilizer production plant. In consideration of process issues in production a systematic and correlation method is introduced to explore what the root of problem is laid and a conclusion is reached that the operational skills of operator, structure of products, field detailed management, coordination within a large production plant, integrated utilization of thermal energy and water, and so forth, are important aspects for efficiency of resources utilization to the greatest advantage and a practicable solution is submitted. In view of the “two in one”research ,that is, information on large phosphate fertilizer industry promoting industrialization and industrialization driving informatization in turn, a conception is proposed to develop the information networks and professional information technology and software applicable for phosphate fertilizer production and management, to exploit such an information technology and software suitable for high efficient management and line operation to large-scale phosphate fertilizer production. The progress and innovation of information technology build a co-existence relationship for promoting large phosphate fertilizer production ceaselessly and help to win the market continually. As to the research means of optimum application for phosphate fertilizer production plant from economical and scale perspective, the paper starts from process technology,fabricating level of equipment,economical cost of products,comprehensive utilization level of resources, regional advantages of raw materials and investment economy ,and so on, to make the best choice of economic scale for large phosphate fertilizer production plant and to analyze and summarize the application of scale merit and to set an economical scale referenced for phosphate fertilizer industry.
