中文摘要：	无处不充满竞争的当今社会，如何最大限度地获得市场“奶酪”？我认为致胜的法宝之一就是提升企业软实力，创新的企业文化无疑是支撑企业软实力的核心动力，它能够为企业打造独特的、难以模仿、不可复制的核心竞争力，这就是一个企业能够在竞争中区别于其他企业、超越别人的软实力。企业的发展需要软实力支撑，企业的生命力在于创新，我们就是要研究和探索如何加强创新的企业文化建设以支撑软实力的提升，并最终推动企业科学、可持续发展。软实力作为一种发展手段，将企业的核心价值观、企业精神、经营理念有机整合，共同为最终实现企业战略而服务，因此，软实力的构建应以企业理念构建为基础，应以企业战略为导向，新优势认为，软实力首先是一种潜移默化的精神力量，一种融合知识和智慧的共同意志的力量。创新是企业发展的灵魂，是不断提高企业竞争力的关键，一个创新的企业文化，能够影响和决定员工的思维和行为方式，能够激发员工的积极性和创造性，挖掘企业发展的潜能，其产生的群体智慧、协作精神、新鲜活力会成为企业发展的永动机。企业软实力建设是一项长期的、复杂的系统工程，软实力是企业核心竞争力的根基，创新文化是企业软实力的核心，云南三建必须结合自身特点，加强对企业软实力的研究，把握软实力建设的规律，构建创新的企业文化以提高对软实力的支撑作用，不断增强核心竞争力，抓住机遇，努力把企业做大做强做优。我们要不浮躁、不盲目，脚踏实地，找准企业发展的方向和思路，认真学习和借鉴具有优秀企业文化的其他大型企业，加快创新文化建设，加速软实力转型升级，重视制度创新、管理创新、人才培养、文化创新、技术创新，注重内涵成长，用创新的企业愿景引领员工，用创新的企业精神和核心价值观凝聚人心，最终实现企业跨越发展，科学发展。 关键词：企业文化建设 创新文化 企业软实力 云南三建
英文摘要：	Today's society is full of competition, How to maximize access to market "cheese"? I think one of the key to win is to enhance the soft power of the enterprise. Innovative corporate culture is undoubtedly the core of power that supports the soft power. It is can create a particular the core competitiveness which is difficult to imitated, and can not be copied .This is the company's soft power that different from other companies and beyond them .Enterprise development needs the support of soft power, the vitality of enterprises lies in innovation. What should we do is to study and explore how to strengthen the Innovative construction of enterprise culture to support the promotion of soft power and As a result ultimately propel enterprise scientific, sustainable development. As a means of development, Soft power integrates organically the company's core values, spirit of enterprise, manage ideas, working together for serving to the ultimate enterprise strategy. Therefore, the construction of soft power should build on the enterprise concept, guided by corporate strategy. New advantages thought that soft power firstly is a subtle spiritual force that integrates the common conscious of knowledge and wisdom .Innovation is the soul of enterprise development, It’s the key to continuously improve the enterprises competitiveness .An innovative corporate culture is able to influence and determine the employee's thinking and way of behavior, can stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity .tap the potential of the enterprise development .Which produces the collective wisdom, spirit of collaboration and fresh vitality will become motives of enterprise development forever. Enterprise soft power construction is a long-term, complex systems engineering. Soft power is the foundation of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Innovation culture is the core of enterprise soft power, Yunnan No.3 architecture engineering company must integrates itself features, strengthen the research of enterprise soft power .grasp the regular of soft power, creates Innovative corporate culture to improve the supporting function of soft power. Continuously enhance the core competitiveness, seize the opportunity, try everything to make the company become bigger and stronger. We should not be impetuous, not be blind, we should down to earth, identify the ways and direction of enterprise development .seriously study and learn other large enterprises which have good corporate cultures.
