中文摘要：	起重机械维修是一个系统工程，涉及到比如项目的质量技术、进度时间、修理安全、人力资源、修理风险、修理成本等许多关键因素的控制工作，同时也涉及到项目资源信息进行有效地分配、控制和管理，依靠传统的管理和修理方式进行的起重机械修理存在着许多困难。本文通过对起重机械修理项目管理模板的阐述，以公司的实际管理作为实践例子，描述了起重机械修理的管理模板及精益化管理的研究现状，同时介绍了起重机械修理项目的三大管理模板，分别为修理决策计划管理模板、修理方案编制管理模板和修理实施控制管理模板。然后利用三个主要方法分别进行阐述。通过本论文的论述，作者想通过先进的修理理念结合项目管理的具体实施手段，制定成起重机械修理项目管理模板，来提高起重机械修理的项目管理水平，从而实现起重机械修理的质量、安全、工期、成本等可控，以更好的为起重机械修理服务。本文的内容就是沿着上述的思路进行阐述和展开的，第一章绪论部分阐述了课题的研究背景和意义，论文的研究方法和结构；第二章对有关概念进行了界定并对国内外的相关文献进行了回顾；第三章对起重机械修理项目管理模板的项目管理要素；第四章研究起重机械修理项目管理模板的过程管理；第五章研究了起重机械修理项目管理模板案例；第六章结论，对论文结论进行归纳并指出了论文的难点和创新点、不足之处和对后续研究的建议。
英文摘要：	Hoisting machinery repair is a systems engineering, involves such as the project quality, schedule, safety, repair time, repair of human resource risk, repair costs, many key factors control work, but also relates to the project resource information effectively, control and distribution management, rely on traditional management and repair of hoisting machinery repair exist many difficulties. Based on the maintenance project management templates and lifting machines, in the actual management of the company as a practical example, describes the research status of hoisting machinery repair management templates and lean management, at the same time introduced repair project three management template heavy machinery, respectively, repair decision plan template, repair plan management templates and repair the implementation of control and management templates. Then there are three main methods . The elaboration of this paper, author think through advanced repair concept combined with the specific means of implementation of the project management, to develop into the hoisting machinery repair project management templates, to raise the project management level of heavy machinery repair, so as to realize the lifting machinery repair quality, safety, construction period, cost control, in order to better service for the repair of hoisting machinery. The content of this paper is along the train of thought of the exposition, the first chapter elaborates the research background and significance, research methods and structure of the thesis; the second chapter defines the related concepts and related literature at home and abroad are reviewed; the third chapter on the repair project management template project management elements hoisting machinery; the fourth chapter studies the hoisting machinery repair project management template process management; the fifth chapter studies the hoisting machinery repair project management templates case; the sixth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the conclusion of the thesis and points out the difficulty and innovation, the shortcomings of the thesis and suggestions for future study.
