中文摘要:内部劳动力市场理论是当代劳动经济学的重要内容之一,它改变了新古典经济学的简单研究框架,在提高劳动力资源配置效率,强化人力资本的长期激励和开发机制等方面有重要作用,同时有利于创建企业和谐、稳定的劳动关系。改革开放以来,我国企业在特有的历史背景和制度因素的影响下,其内部劳动力市场存在很多问题。特别是近几年,经济、政策、法律等外部环境发生剧烈变化,给还在形成和改善阶段的我国企业内部劳动力市场提出了新的挑战。因此,完善我国企业的内部劳动力市场显得十分必要。 首先,本研究首先回顾企业内部劳动力市场理论的产生背景——劳动力市场分割现象和理论的产生发展。在此基础上,回顾和梳理了企业内部劳动力市场理论的相关研究,界定本研究中企业内部劳动力市场的内涵。同时,分析内部劳动力市场理论研究的新变化趋势。 其次,本研究在总结前人的研究成果的基础上,运用相关的经济学和管理学理论分析企业内部劳动力市场的合理性和效率性。在此基础上,分别回顾了我国国有企业和私营企业在各自不同的历史和制度背景下的发展历程,然后分析其各自的内部劳动力市场运行机制现状特点和存在问题。 再次,回顾和总结美国和日本企业内部劳动力市场模式形成的历史背景和其运行机制的一般特点,比较二者内部劳动力市场运行机制的差异,找出对完善我国企业内部劳动力市场运行机制的启示。 最后,分析完善我国企业内部劳动力市场的必要性,即分析对我国企业外部的政策、经济、法律、文化等环境的变化,在此基础上,针对国有企业和私营企业不同的历史背景和运行机制,分别提出完善其各自内部劳动力市场运行机制的对策和建议。 
英文摘要:The internal labor market theory is a new domain of modern Labor Economics. It changed the simple research frame work of the neoclassical economics. The internal labor market act indispensably in building the harmonious and steady relationship between the enterprises, enhancing the labor resource allocation efficiency, and strengthening the long term incentive mechanisms and development mechanisms. Under the special historical background and institutional factors, there are still many questions in the practice the internal labor market inside enterprises in China. In recent years, there are many changes economic, policy and legal environment. These changes bring new challenges to the internal labor market inside the enterprises in China. So it is quite necessary to consummate the labor market inside the enterprises in China. Firstly, the thesis reviews the background of the internal labor market theory——segmented labor markets. And it reviews the researches on the internal labor market theory and clarifies the meaning of the internal labor market. It also analysis the new changes in the researches on the internal labor market theory. Secondly, the thesis uses related economic theories and management theories to analysis the causes and efficiency of the internal labor market operating mechanism. Then, it reviews the development process of state-owned and private enterprise in China and analysis the problems in their internal labor market operating mechanism. Thirdly, the thesis reviews the history background of the internal labor market operating mechanism in the USA and Japan, and compares the difference to find Inspirations for consummating the labor market inside the enterprises in China. Finally, the thesis analysis the necessity for consummating the labor market inside the enterprises in China, which is to analysis new changes in economic, policy and legal environment. Then, it gives countermeasures to consummate the labor market inside the state-owned and private enterprise in China.
