| 中文摘要: | 当前,建筑施工企业面临着诸多的外部环境的制约,比如房地产施工市场受国家宏观经济调控等因素的影响,出现了竞争越来越激烈的状况,加之企业管理的科学化程度不高、人力资源质量不足、劳务成本提升等诸多因素,使得建筑施工企业所面临的环境非常恶劣。如何在这样的环境中,建立企业独特的竞争优势并实现企业的可持续发展,是任何一个建筑施工企业都应该深入思考的问题。云南省云海工程公司是成立于1987年的一家以房屋建筑施工为主业的公司(以下简称”云海公司”),2009年以来,公司领导班子越来越注重企业战略理论在云海工程公司中的具体运用,这就必然要涉及云海公司经营模式转变的问题以及如何在云南建工集团的集团优势框架下更好地利用这一优势问题。为解决上述两个问题,本文首先对经营模式以及多样化经营等基本理论问题进行梳理,总结出云海公司经营模式创新的理论框架应包括至少五个部分,分别是:(1)企业的使命、愿景和长远目标(文化战略);(2)产品市场范围与关键市场对策(营销战略);(3)企业活动和企业资源与能力;(4)企业的业务界面与外部合作;(5)经营管理的创新机制。其次,通过对云海公司内部经营状况和外部环境所带来的机遇和挑战的分析,具体探讨云海公司的经营模式,主要涉及前四个问题,而创新机制作为活的灵魂贯穿于前四个方面的始终。对于第二个大问题,本文认为云南建工集团作为母公司,能够给予云海公司的巨大支持,云海公司所处的集团化优势主要表现在资源优势和集团优势两个方面,并从业务活动和支持活动两个方面探讨了云海公司如何更好地参与和利用这些优势。 关键词:云海工程公司 工程企业 经营模式 集团优势 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, the construction enterprises are facing many constraints of the external environment , such as real estate and construction market by the national macroeconomic regulation and other factors , there has been an increasingly competitive situation , coupled with the scientific enterprise management level is not high , human resources insufficient quality , labor costs and other factors improve , making the construction enterprises facing a very harsh environment . How in such an environment, the establishment of enterprise unique competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development of enterprises , and no one construction enterprises should think about in depth .Yunnan Yunhai Engineering Company was founded in 1987 in an industry dominated by housing construction company, in 2009, the company has increasingly focused on corporate strategic leadership theory in engineering companies in the specific application, which will inevitably involve changing Yunhai company business model and how in Yunnan construction Engineering Group under the framework of group superiority better take advantage of this issue . To solve these two problems, this thesis firstly diversified business model and the basic theoretical issues to sort out , summed up the company business model innovation clouds theoretical framework should include at least five parts, namely : corporate mission , vision and long-term goals ( cultural strategy ) ;the scope and key markets market strategies ( marketing strategy ) ; corporate events and corporate resources and capabilities ( internal strategies ) ; the company's business interface with external partners ( external strategic ) ;management of innovative mechanisms ( innovation strategy ) . Secondly, through the analysis of internal operations and external environment, the opportunities and challenges arising from the analysis of the specific probe clouds the company 's business model , mainly related to the first four issues, and innovative mechanism as a living soul throughout the first four terms always. The second major problem , this thesis considers Yunnan Construction Engineering Group as the parent company , the company can give tremendous support , in which the group of companies mainly in the resources superiority and advantages of the Group both to and from activities and support activities discusses two aspects of Yunhai company and how to better take advantage of them .
