中文摘要:自2009年起,国家发布了一系列新的医改政策,并出台了医药流通行业发展规划纲要,国内医药市场进入新一轮的激烈竞争中,而恰逢此时,云南XL医药有限公司(以下简称云南XL公司)面对竞争对手的挑战应该做些什么,转型成功之后又该如何增强企业自身的竞争优势,如何快速打造核心竞争力,是迫切需要解决的战略性问题。全文共分五个部分,分别是绪论、环境分析、云南XL公司发展的战略选择、云南XL公司发展战略的实施保障及结论。论文第一部分对研究背景及研究意义、研究的内容和方法及研究的理论基础进行了梳理。第二部分对医药流通企业所处的宏观环境、中观环境和微观环境进行了分析。第三部分应用SWOT分析模型,分析云南XL公司的机遇和威胁,指出云南XL公司未来发展及应对竞争的优势和劣势,探讨了云南XL公司战略发展的思路及公司的发展战略的制定。第四部分提出了云南XL公司发展战略的实施保障,认为应该从服务能力保障和人文建设保障入手。结论部分对全文进行总结,并提出以后继续研究的方向。本文属于应用研究型论文,对当前医药流通行业现状及医疗体制改革新背景下的医药批发企业发展现状进行分析,回顾云南XL公司近几年的发展历程,针对云南XL公司进行战略研究,提出发展战略选择,并制定出发展战略的实施保障。云南XL公司作为中小型医药批发企业的具有代表性的区域性公司,对其未来发展进行战略研究,可为其他医药批发企业的发展提供借鉴,并在一定程度上丰富学界关于医药流通行业的研究。 关键词: 医药批发企业,环境分析,战略管理,发展战略  
英文摘要:There is an increase competition among pharmaceutical companies in domestic Pharmaceutical markets, because of the new policy of Healthcare Reform and development program of pharmaceutical distribution industry since 2009. How to deal with the challenges of the opponents, and how to enhance competitive edge and build core power after transition become urgent strategic problems for Yunnan XL pharmaceutical limited(hereinafter referred to as XL). This paper consists of five parts, including introduction, circumstance analysis, strategic choice and implementation for the development of XL, and conclusion. The first part of paper describes the XL 's development tracks and current status, and basic elements of research, which includes background, significance, methods, contents and theoretical bases. The second part analyzes the macro, medium and micro medicine circulation industry environment of XL development. The third aspect, based on the SWOT analytical model, states the opportunities and threats that XL will confront, and also points strengths and weaknesses of XL’s future development, especially when XL faces the competition, and concludes the formulation of development strategies for XL. The fourth part provides measures for the implementation of XL pharmaceutical limited’s development strategy, which suggests the company builds its procurement management security system, logistics management security system, human resource management security system, corporation management information security system and its corporate culture. The fifth part sums up the whole thesis. This article analyzes the current pharmaceutical Circulation situation and the development status of Pharmaceutical Distribution Corporations, which are affected by Policy Healthcare Reform, listed developing histories of XL, comes up with developing strategies, which are based on stratgical research on Yunnan XL company, and establishes the policies to ensure those strategies can be developed. XL pharmaceutical limited is a typically regional company in the present new circumstances, a study on its future development will provide experiences for other corporations in medical industry, or even for the whole pharmaceutical distribution industry of our country.
