中文摘要:近几年来,随着空调市场的竞争越演越烈,价格战与技术比拼已经极致。越来越多的空调制造企业开始关注二、三产业融合。有些地区也相继出台了鼓励二、三产业相结合的优惠政策。其中有关服务增值的研究开始成为制造企业关注的一个热门话题。由于服务逐渐成为产品增值的重要方式,制造业与服务业加速融合,制造企业从产品制造转向客户服务成为一种趋势。上海新晃是国内中央空调末端设备行业内最主要的专业制造厂家之一。随着中央空调市场竞争的不断加剧,上海新晃公司在国内中央空调市场面临着巨大的挑战,如何面对当前发展中的挑战是公司亟待解决的问题。 本文提出通过服务增值管理提升企业竞争力的新观点,以上海新晃公司为研究对象,基于服务创新理论提出公司服务增值管理策略。主要研究内容包括三部分: 第一部分是文献综述和理论基础,是论文的研究基础。通过研究服务创新和制造企业服务增强等相关文献,对服务创新的基本理论进行梳理,从服务的概念特征以及服务创新的内涵特征与类型出发,进而得出了服务创新的必要性。 第二部分是论文的主体部分之一,对上海新晃公司服务增值管理进行深入探讨。首先分析了上海新晃公司在空调业务方面的竞争环境与企业的优劣势。而后分析了上海新晃公司服务增值的目标和战略。 第三部分是也是论文的主体部分之一。根据服务创新增值相关理论,提出了公司切实可行的服务增值管理策略。分别包括:提供公司设计服务、公司产品安装调试和维修改造服务、产品租赁与能源合同服务、互动服务与合作服务。 关键词:空调企业;服务创新;服务增值管理。  
英文摘要:In recent years, with the increasing know-intensity of economy and the transformation of economic structure , services of the whole world brings about the growth of GDP, and service is gradually becoming the important pillar of economic development. Service innovation plays a significant role in the industrial development, and draws the attention from more and more scholars. Among them, the enhancement of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises is of great concern to manufactures and researchers. Since service is an important approach to add value to products, the manufacturing and service industries are accelerating the integration step, and transition in manufacturing enterprises from product manufacturing to customer service has become a trend. Shanghai Xinhuang Company is one of the leading professional manufactures in China, specializing in the end-equipment of central air-conditioning. With the increasing competition in the central air-conditioning market, the company is facing enormous challenges in the domestic market, consequently, how to deal with the challenges from the current development is becoming an imperative issue to be solved. This paper provides a new perspective that through the value-added services management to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, taking Shanghai Xinhuang Company for example and based on the service innovation theory, this special issue proposes the value-added services management strategy. In this paper, there are three main parts: Section 1 is the literature review and the basis theory which will be the basis for paper research. Through the study of related literature on the service innovation and value-add services in the manufacturing enterprises, the basis theories of the service innovation are sorted out. This article, through the study of the conception characteristics of service as well as the connotation characteristics and type of service innovation, makes a conclusion on the driven power of service innovation. The body part of this article is section 2 which makes a further research into the value-added services management in Shanghai Xinhuang Company. First, the competition environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of Shanghai Xihuang Company in the field of air-conditioning will be analyzed. Second, the objectives and strategies of the value-added services in the company are put forward. Section 3 as one of the body parts of this article, according to the evaluation results of the value-added service management driven power, proposes that companies should develop the practical value-added service management strategies, including offering the companies' designed services, products installation and maintenance renovation services, products leasing and energy contracts services, interactive services and cooperation services.
