中文摘要:在本文绪论部分主要阐述本文的研究背景及意义,作为商业银行最基础的组织机构,银行网点长久以来一直停留在为客户办理存、转款等结算类业务上,利润来源也主要依靠于客户的存、贷款利差收入。银行网点的定位仅仅是方便客户办理日常业务的结算中心。而本文所介绍的全功能网点是指有别于传统结算型网点,将银行网点定位为一个为所有客户提供全方位金融服务方案的场所。客户可以在全功能营业网点中办理公司结算业务、个人零售银行业务、购买理财、境外汇款等各类银行业务。  本文第二章阐述了对营业网点进行合理的规划和定位的意义。第三章阐述了随着商业银行营业网点从交易中心向销售中心转型,各岗位人员的职责分工应根据网点的运营要求进行梳理和定义。本文第四章阐述了管理好客户资源,提升网点的销售产能,是银行网点管理的重要工作。第五章阐述了营业网点绩效考核管理体系。第六章主要介绍商业银行全功能网点的风险防范体系管理. 通过前面几部分的论述,本文结论部分得出应建立全功能银行营业网点,以达到增强营业网点的市场定位和客户识别能力、客户的管理和营销能力、产品及服务的广度及深度、银行网点公司业务及个人业务的交叉营销能力,最终实现银行网点的价值最大化。 
英文摘要:   In the introduction part mainly elaborate the research background and significance of this paper, defining the full-function bank which is a full financial service places for all customers. Then analyzing some factors restricting the changes currently facing our country commercial bank business ,such as external environment and inner factors. At last this part discuss the necessity that commercial banks need to create a full-function business outlets.    The second chapter expounds the bank outlets is one of the most important competition advantage of commercial banks. In Chapter 3,this article describes the transform of operation branch from trading center to sales center. The fourth chapter describes the management of customer resources, enhance the sales productivity, is an important work of bank management. The fifth chapter focus on evaluation system of customer manager which is important for commercial bank. Chapter 6 state on the risk control on bank terminal brunch.    Based on the above analysis and statement. This article draws a conclusion as follow:the advanced bank terminal brunch should be a complete and entire functional system.which can aim at the proper market and proper customer and all the staff can make inter-act sales to improve and deepen the marking,the financial product and banking service. As a result to acquire the most value from this brunch.
