中文摘要:随着市场经济和知识经济的蓬勃发展,人力资源已经成为促进经济社会发展的第一资源。作为第三产业的酒店业新形势下可谓机遇与挑战并存。酒店业要获得更大的经济效益、更好的发展前景,必须高度重视人力资源,充分发挥人力资源管理的作用。这对于帮助酒店提升整体管理水平,获取更好的经营效益,改善和提升酒店的核心竞争力,意义重大。 聊城光岳宾馆作为一家国有性质的老字号宾馆,多年来为当地改革发展和建设发挥了重要的接待服务功能,近年来在硬件建设、经营规模、营销业绩上也取得较好成绩,在积极搞好政务服务的同时,加快服务转型、面向社会,市场化程度不断加深,正由传统官办招待所向现代商务宾馆快速转变。但宾馆的人力资源管理相对滞后,仍处于从人事管理向人力资源管理过渡的阶段,尚未建立起规范、完善的人力资源管理体系。加快推进现行人力资管理体系的优化提升,已是宾馆改革发展的客观需求。 本文从这一研究目的出发,根据战略性人力资源管理的理论,阐述了人力资源管理的概念、发展演变、人力资源部模式以及酒店人力资源管理的任务与特点;分析了光岳宾馆人力资源管理体系的现状,总结提出了在人力资源管理方面存在的问题;对光岳宾馆的人力资源管理体系进行了优化设计,从组织结构、用人机制、招聘选拔、人员培训、绩效考核、薪酬激励、文化建设等几个方面论述了光岳宾馆人力资源管理体系的优化方案,提出了改进提升人力资源管理体系的理念和方法。 本文的研究成果,旨在为光岳宾馆人力资源管理的实践与改革提供理论支持与路径借鉴。 
英文摘要:With the booming development of market economy and knowledge economy, human resource has become the first resource of promoting the development of economic society. Hotel industry, as the service (tertiary) industry, is facing both opportunities and challenges under the new conditions. To enlarge the economic benefits and get a promising prospect, managers of the hotel industry must attach great importance to human resource and make full use of it. It will greatly help the hotel industry to enhance its management, get better economic benefits and promote its core competitiveness as well. As a time-honored state-owned brand, Liaocheng Guangyue Hotel has shown its role as a reception and service unit in local reform and opening and development as well. In recent years, the hotel has also made great improvement in its service function, such as hardware construction, business scale and marketing performance, at the same time, accelerating the pace from a traditional state-owned hotel to a modern commercial hotel, by way of transferring its service to society and market. However, due to the lagging in human resource management, the hotel is still under the transitional stage of personnel administration and human resource management, without a regular and perfect human resource management system. Thus, it is an objective demand for the hotel to accelerate advancing the optimization of the present human resource management system. Aimed at this target, by theoretics of strategic human resource management (SHRM), this article elaborates the conception and evolution of human resource, pattern of human resource department and also illustrates the task and characteristics of the hotel human resource management. On the basis of analyzing the statement of the human resource management of Guangyue Hotel, this article summarizes the problems in human resource management. By optimizing the human resource management of Guangyue Hotel, this article brews the theory and method of promoting the human resource management,from the points of human resource design, organization structure, employment mechanism, recruitment and selection, personnel training, performance appraisal, compensation incentives and cultural construction. We’d like to present our research findings to national hotels as theoretical support and reference path for their practice and reform on human resource management.
